POCcorn - Detroit Unleaded

The POCcorn podcast reviews films created, directed and/or starring People of Color. Each show uses four questions to describe our thoughts on the film, plus one POCcorn moment we simply MUST discuss in detail.

In this episode, we discuss Detroit Unleaded and select the "Competition Cuss Out" scene as our POCcorn moment. This movie was underwhelming and left us wanting so much more, but not in a good way. The plot left much to be desired, and the chemistry between the two protagonists was lacking throughout it all. We found a couple of gems worth discussing, and for that we encourage you to Listen in!
