Intro to Meditations

I thought this would be my first podcast of guided imagery. Not exactly meditation. Not in the sense some of you may be used to. These will be moments of grounding, thoughtful words of possibility, offerings of ‘what if’. This first one requires nothing of you but a listening ear. 
Next week, I’ll ask a bit more of you if you are willing.
