I discuss why we do this and really dive into the mechanics of the brain so you can understand that it is a very human thing to engage in self-sabotage. But we are more than just our bodies and just because the brain is designed to do that doesn't mean we need to allow it. Especially if it is keeping us away from pursuing our dreams.
