“Everyone has uphill dreams, but downhill habits.” ~John Maxwell

Why is it so easy to eat bad? You can get a 10 piece nugget for $1.49 but a grilled chicken wrap will leave your $10 lighter.

Fast food joints don’t want you to think- they make it easy to accept & more difficult to choose hard.

A recovering alcoholic said “Drinking is easy, running is hard.”

They say nothing comes easy, everything’s hard. I say it’s opposite. Everything comes easy, nothing comes hard because hard is a choice.

It’s hard to eat right. It’s hard to keep showing up. It’s hard to push off even though you hurt.

Hard is the greatest separator.

Will you choose hard? Or will you just let easy come.

TSL Post it Note: I’d rather be classified as elite than clumped as average.
