So Beckett bot is Becca's mind, but as AI. So Becker's bot knows everything in Becker's mind, from marketing to business. And you can basically ask about, and it can give you the answer within seconds. So we've trained Becca bot on all of Becker's materials, all Becca's podcasts, so it knows everything about what Becca has spoken about. I'm Becca Pountney, wedding business marketing expert, speaker and blogger, and you're listening to the wedding pros who are ready to grow podcast.
I'm here to share with you actionable tips, strategies, and real life examples to help you take your wedding business to the next level. If you are an ambitious wedding business owner that wants to take your passion and use it to build a profitable, sustainable business doing what you love, then you're in the right place. Let's get going with today's episode. Today I'm chatting with Bailey Reddings, entrepreneur and AI expert.
Bailey started his first successful business while he was still in school, and he's never looked back. His latest business venture, automated flow, is all about making the most of AI technology to simplify, automate, and accelerate business processes. Today we're going to be chatting about how AI is changing the way we work and how we can benefit from the tech available to us as wedding business owners. It should make for a very interesting conversation. Bailey, welcome to the podcast.
Thank you for having me. It's an absolute pleasure. I'm so looking forward to this episode because I know that you've done a lot of research on all things AI, and every time we talk about any of it, it blows my mind. So we'll get into some of the depths of that in a little while. But first of all, I like for my listeners to get to know you a little bit. So as I said in the intro, you started your first business while you were still in school. Tell us a little bit about how that happened.
Yes. So I was 14 years old when I started my first business, and it was in lockdown, actually. So I was at home still learning on my laptop, doing Zoom calls my teachers, and my dad came into my room and was like, do you want to start your own business? At the time, I was hoovering my parents house for about five pounds a week. Just earn a little bit of pocket money. So I thought, yeah, let's make my own business. I own an extra tenor a week, you know, a little bit more pocket money.
So my dad said, go into my loft and sell anything you can find in the loft. And then through that, you can buy whatever you want and start your own business. So I went into my parents loft. I could sold everything I could find in there, from microphones to cameras, and I made about 2000 pounds and I bought my very own 3d printers. And then from there I started selling cookie cutters on Etsy and eBay. And then from there, it's just gone crazy. I made around 30,000 pounds in my first year.
Yeah. Which is incredible because you were self made in that sense. I love that your dad just gave you the freedom to go and sell stuff in the loft. Most kids probably would have gone, yeah, all right, and then not actually done it. So it probably took them a little bit by surprise when you actually went and did it and made something of it. I'm guessing they were very supportive of your venture, though. 100%. 100%. So to be fair, it was kind of my dad's idea to start the business.
Obviously, he was like, it's your responsibility once it's your business. But he gave us the idea, like we said, went straight into the loft, and like you said, not many kids, I'll just keep the money. But I thought, no, I'm going to buy my 3d printers and start my very own business. I love that.
So obviously, since then you've gone on to do other businesses as well, but you're still very young, so why did you decide to stick with entrepreneurship rather than go down a traditional route of kind of going to university or just getting a job? Yeah. So it's kind of a difficult one for me, really. So ever since I've grown up, I wanted to be a PE teacher. So I went to 6th form, I did my PE, I did science to get my grades to go university, I got a's in both my grades.
However, the fact I was running my business while I was at school, I loved the creativity, I loved the freedom, and I think that kind of stuck with me. I'm surrounded by a lot of self employed people, a lot of entrepreneurs. I think that gave me the confidence to leap out of my comfort zone and just go straight, take the gamble, take the risk and go straight entrepreneur. Yeah, I absolutely love that.
I think more people should be encouraged to do that because school doesn't tend to encourage us down that route. Were the schools supportive of your decision? Not at all. Not at all. They wanted me to do university apprenticeships, so when I was speaking to them, I actually had to lie to my school and said I was doing an apprenticeship in media, because if I said to them, I'm dropping out of school, I'm not doing anything in my grades.
They weren't going to be happy, so I said, no, I'm doing an apprenticeship in media. And then they kind of shut up ever since. So, yeah, I had to lie to my school. That's hilarious. But it's such a shame, because I do think more kids should be encouraged to go into entrepreneurship. Because if you're naturally that way inclined, why wait down the line and do it later in life? Why not do it straight out? I know we've had conversations before about the fact that age doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter how old you are, if you know what you're doing, then why shouldn't you start a business? Why shouldn't you start business at 14? My kids did a business in lockdown, too. They were only about four and seven at the time. And we started this little tiny business for them as well. And they loved it. And as I say, once you've been an entrepreneur, it's really hard to go into the real world, so why not do it yourself?
And I love that you've done that, and I love that your parents have been so supportive of that decision, even if the school haven't been. And one day you'll be able to go back into the school and do a presentation about how successful your business was. And then they won't be saying that you shouldn't have done it anymore. That would be a good day. So we talked about cookie cutters, and now we have automated flow. So that's the business you're working on at the moment.
So talk to me a little bit more about automated flow. How did you go from cookie cutters into AI? So I started using AI about two years ago whilst actually selling my cookie cutters. So I was actually using AI to write my Etsy listings. A lot of people came up to me saying, how? How are you using that? How are you using AI to create your Etsy list? And that's amazing. And this was about two years ago, so AI wasn't the greatest, but I still use the most out of it and still create my listings.
And then last year, a lot of people kept coming up to you saying, how are you doing this? How do you do that? What's the best way to use this? So that's when I came up with automated flow. So I created with my dad, credence, I think he's been on your podcast already, and we combined our expertise. So obviously, dad's got the contacts, he's got the expertise, he's got the marketing.
So with my curiosity of learning and his expertise, all his contacts and business, we kind of just merged together and created automated flow. Amazing. So again, your dad right there, being super supportive and, yeah, lots of you listening may have heard the episode that I did with Mike back in episode 77. So that is Bailey's dad, and now they've gone into business together alongside Mike's DJ. Business with automated flow.
So what kind of services is automated flow offering or planning to offer over the next year or so? So automated flow is mainly selling courses. So we've already sold a mastery wedding AI course, where we basically sell lots and lots of prompts that you guys can use or on chat WT, that is personalised to weddings, but we also sell one on one consultations as well. So you guys can come up to me and say, bailey, I want to save time using AI. This is my business.
I can then go and look at your business and say, this is what you can use in your business that uses AI. Also selling chatbots as well. So we can sell chatbots for your website. So it does faqs, you can market for your business. So a bunch of AI stuff, basically. So people are listening to this and they're thinking, all right, this is great. You're talking a lot about AI. I don't really understand what AI is. Is it just robots? I think there's a lot of misunderstanding about what AI actually is.
Can you just give us a really simple explanation of how you think? Like, what is AI? When you talk about it, I get. That question a lot. And I think the most simple way to explain AI is given a computer, a brain, and this brain is fed and taught on millions and millions of websites and millions and millions of books. But a funny thing about AI that many people don't know is AI doesn't actually understand what you're saying. AI predicts. So when you say to AI, what is the capital front?
It sees the words capital and it sees the words France and it says Paris. It doesn't actually read what you're saying, but it just predicts, because it's read so many websites, read so many books, it just predicts what you're going to say, what it's going to say next. Yeah, I think that is a common misconception. I think we almost think of AI as being a bit human and having its own thought process, but it can only generate from what it's given. Is that right?
So it's like every bit of information it's got is what it uses to generate. Yeah. But I also think context is really important as well. I mean, you say that, but I think if you give chakrabc loads and loads of information, it's just going to give you such good information back there. And how do you think it's impacted? Obviously, AI has become much more of a topic of conversation over the last couple of years.
A couple of years ago, things like chat GPT didn't even exist, or at least we weren't talking about it in the mainstream. How has it impacted the business world as a whole, not just in the wedding industry, but across the board? I think massively, I think negatively and positively. I think negatively. I think people starting to become a little bit lazy with it.
I think if you go into LinkedIn, you can tell AI post just by looking, but I think the positives is people are just using chats beauty to get rid of boring tasks and automation. But at the same time, I think there's so many businesses that aren't using it yet, and I think that's where businesses need to start taking advantage of it and stop being a little bit scared of it and just go deep dive into AI, even if they start with a little bit of it.
And it's definitely dripping more and more into mainstream culture. I've noticed even just the last couple of weeks now, when I'm googling things, it's giving me the AI generated answers first, although I don't think it's necessarily that accurate yet, because I was in Barcelona at the weekend and every time I googled, like, bases to eat in Barcelona, it was giving me AI generated responses. And then I was like, I'm going to skip those because they're not that good.
But it's definitely starting to come more into the mainstream, isn't it? The amount it's grown the last year is crazy. So, like I said, I started automated flow about a year ago and chatbots were only starting to grow then. And the things you can do with chatbots now is crazy. It's massive. And I always say to people that you've got to start learning it now because it's only going to get harder to learn because if the pace is growing, it's so quick.
Yeah, and it's helpful to have someone like you who's keeping on top of those things because, you know, the amount is changing, the amount is developing even from the original chat GPT to what chat GPT can do now in such a short time. It's huge. And I guess that's only going to get further. I think you probably know more about this than me, but the new iPhone update has now got more AI integration, hasn't it? Yeah. So chat DBT has actually replaced Siri.
So when you speak to Siri now and the new iPhone, it's actually chat GPT instead. So iPhone actually signed a deal with Chakgpt about three or four months ago. Their new iPhone is now basically AI based. It's all chat GBT. Interesting. And we're only going to see more and more of that in the future. Now, you've mentioned about chatbots, and so one of the ways I've got to know you better over the last six months is because you and your dad at automated flow built me a chatbot.
We've called it Becca Botanical, and it's living on my website. It's living and live. So let's just talk to people, because they may have heard me talking about this Becca bot, but not really understanding it. So talk to me and tell everyone, what is Becca bot like? How does it work and what is it? So Beka bot is Becker's mind, but as AI. So Becca's bot knows everything in Becca's mind, from marketing to business. And you can basically ask Becca bot and it can give the answer within seconds.
So we've trained Becca bot on all Becca's materials, all Becca's podcasts, so it knows everything about what Becca's spoken about. Yeah, it is very clever. It still blows my mind a little bit. So if you go to my website, beccapowtany.com, on the bottom corner of it, you'll see little, three little dots. You can click on that and that opens up Becca pot. And basically it starts, it kind of asks you question, doesn't it, initially? So you have to answer the question.
It asks you initially what you want to do. And once you've done that, you can then basically ask it pretty much anything. And it should, 99.9% of the time, answer as me. And I do think. I mean, we've gone through a lot of testing, but we have got it sounding pretty close to me, pretty close to my way of speaking, pretty close to how I would answer a question. It's very accurate, and that's not magic. So again, people see it and they think, oh, that's so clever. It's like magic.
It's like it's inside Becca's head. But let's talk practically about how a chatbot works. How have we managed to get it to that point? What have we done to make it sound like me? So it's like I said earlier, it's trained on a lot of your documents, so it's learned from your voice over time, the way you speak. But it's a lot of instructions. People just think you can chuck a lot of PDF's, a lot of audio into a chatbot, and it's just going to start answering straight away.
But there's multiple apps you've got to use and so many instructions you've got to give the chat bot, because then it just goes like you saw Rebecca a few months ago, where we'd give it a question and it would just wander off somewhere else. Because it's not, we're not being strict enough. So you've got to be super strict to the chatbot. You've got to train it on so many documents and so many PDF's. So, yeah, and we had to give it really specific instructions, didn't we?
Because to start with, it didn't really sound like me. So then we started putting in tone of voice how I would answer questions and we had to stop it answering random things that we hadn't told it. So, for example, in one of the testing stages, we asked it what I like to do, and it was like, Becca loves gardening and cooking. I was like, this is like the opposite of anything I would ever like to do. And it definitely was just making stuff up.
But I remember you then gave it more instructions, didn't you? So say that it couldn't just make stuff up. I mean, yeah, like talking about style and tone, I actually use trackgbt to find out your style and tone. So this is what everyone can do. You can go and find your own posts on LinkedIn or your own posts on Instagram, copy and paste that into chapter bt and just say to chat wt what's the style of tone of this, of this writing? And we've got that style and time.
We copy and paste it straight into the box instructions. And ever since then, it spoke like you, Becca. Yeah, and it does. I do think it does sound a lot like me. My kids really enjoyed the going on it as well and asking Becca bot lots of questions. I'm like, it's just me. You could just ask me the questions.
But the other thing we had to do as well that I hadn't really considered to start with was stop it knowing too much about me, because obviously I might say things about my kids on the podcast or in a talk or something like that. And we were asking it questions and it knew far too much information about my children and where I lived. And all that kind of thing. So we've then had to put barriers in place, haven't we? So that it doesn't tell people too much.
Yeah. It's crazy how much it can learn just from a PDF or an audio. It's. It blows my mind still to this. Done. I've been doing it for about a year now. So, yeah, we can't. We had to give it some limits. We had to give it a turn off because it can wander off. Like we said, it can give too much sensitive information sometimes. Yeah. And we had to get it to be politer as well, because at one point it was like, don't ask me that question. And we were like, let's rephrase that.
Because I wouldn't say that we were like, let's. Let's say something different. But it is really powerful. And if you're listening to this and you haven't tried it out yet, I highly recommend go onto my website. Go and look at Becca Bot. Because it is the future. It is the way things are going to go, and it's a good way for you to see how it can be beneficial in a business environment. So the things you can ask me, you can ask me questions you would ask me face to face. So go and ask Becca bot.
Should I attend a wedding fair? How can I do better on social media? Should I start a podcast? How do I use Pinterest? And it will answer in the way that I answer in my podcast episodes or in my presentations, and it will give you that information straight up. The other thing you can do is you can use it to find resources. So you can ask Becca Bot, have you got a podcast episode with baby Reddings, or have you got a podcast episode about AI?
And we update Becca bot every single week, every time I have a new podcast episode. And it will tell you. Yeah, I spoke to you in episode xxx. Here's the link to go and listen to it. And so if there's any subject you want to learn more about that I may have had a podcast episode on before. Go and ask. Go and ask Becca bot. And we can. It will give you the answer. So it is incredibly powerful. How do you see chatbots in the future? Helping wedding industry suppliers?
We've talked a lot about how it's helping me, how it's answering people's question, but what about people who are actually working in the wedding industry? Maybe wedding venues, photographers, DJ's, that kind of thing. So when I speak about chatbots, I think the first stereotype is just a question and answer. Where you give a chatbot a question, it's just going to throw you back an answer. But I also think chatbots can be a marketing tool.
So saying you can say to a chatbot, what's the best market advice on Instagram? But then it provides a link to your course where you sell. Marketing, marketing course. So it's all could be a marketing tool. You can now give quotations. So for a wedding venue, also they've got minimum spend. So, for example, if a venue's got 10,000 pound minimum spends, chatbot can add up items to reach that minimum spend. So that gives less time for the wedding. You need to contact people.
So there's so many things you can do with chatbots. It's not just a question answer. Okay. And so you can also get people to. So if someone always gets asked the same question, maybe in their wedding business, you can set it up so it answers faqs, things like that. Is it designed to save you time? What's the best use case for it? I definitely think saving time, I mean, I think the main reason we built it for you, Becca, was to save time.
I think a lot of people using AI to save time, like you said, people get asked the same questions. If you have this chatbot in the corner of your website, it would definitely save you a lot of time. Yeah. And I programmed in a lot of the questions that I get asked all of the time as well, so that it answers things like how do I log into your members lounge, and how do I work with you, and how much does it cost to work with you?
And all those questions, you can just go ask Becca bot, and she will answer much quicker than if you send me an email. And you've got to wait for me to get back to you. Now, we want to encourage people to go and try out Becca bot. So you've actually got a resource, Bailey, haven't you, that we're going to hide inside of Beckerbot. So tell us first of all about the resource, and then we'll tell people how to find it.
So I have created over a thousand prompts for the last years, and I've basically put my favorite ten and the most simple ten into a cheat sheet. So you can access this cheat sheet by typing aih cheat sheet into Beckerbot, and it'll provide you with this cheat sheet. So in this cheat sheet, you've got ten simple prompting techniques that you can use on chapter et to put straight into your business. Okay, so give me an example then, from this cheat sheet. What kind of prompts are on there?
How can someone use them? And what do they do with the prompts if they're not sure? The best prompt and most simple prompt I know is actually giving your chakrabte some experience. So I want you to act as a profession with 20 years of experience. You can copy that and paste that straight into chat GPT and give it an expertise of marketing. And you could basically make your chapter a marketing expert with just one sentence.
You can ask it to adjust the tone of voice so you can create a Facebook post, for example, and create it 30% creative, 60% formal, and 10% funny. So you can basically just copy and paste that straight into chat duty. And they're just such simple prompts, but they're just so valuable at the same time. Yeah, and it's much easier for them to borrow them from you and copy and paste them straight in rather than go and start trying to write them themselves.
So if you want to get hold of that cheat sheet, we are going to hide it inside Beckerbot because we want to encourage you to use Beckerbotan and see how this AI stuff works. So go into my website, becca pountney.com, on your phone or on your computer. Lo Becabot is on the bottom corner of every page.
Go through the first question where you have to say something else, and then all you need to do is type in the words AI cheat sheet and it will come up with a message from me and it will give you the link to go and grab that cheat sheet. So go find it, let us know how you get on, and why not screenshot it, put it on social media, and let us know that you've managed to find the hidden gem inside of Beckerbot that you will only know about if you're listening to this podcast episode.
So that's well worth going to get hold of and let us know what you think about Beckerbot at the same time as well. Okay, so we've talked about chatbots. We've talked about how AI is developing. But as you said earlier, there's new developments all of the time. So we now know, most people in the business world know you can use it to write a blog post, and you can use it to change your tone of voice on your website and copywriting.
But what are some of the really new developments that you're starting to see coming into the world of AI technology? So the newest thing, which only came out about a week ago, is chat DBT memory. So before, before all the threads are the threads of the left things on the side of your screen of all the chatbots. And it basically memorizes everything you spoke in that chat bot threads. So, for example, if you said to chat GPT in one thread, I want everything to be laid out into a table.
Chat GPT will put that into your memory. So every time you speak to chat GPT, it will now put everything to a table. You've also got some new developers from chat to BT five. So at the minute, some people might know, we've got chat VT four and we've got chat. So people pay 20 pounds a month for chat WT four, and free users get chat WT four o. There's not much difference between the two. So there's been rumors and developments that chapter BT five will be coming up very soon.
And also, image generation is out of this world now. So using chat WT to create images, using chat WT to create podcast episodes, I showed you Becca and also videos as well. It's crazy and all the images getting better because I remember when image generation first started and it was quite good at like cartoon kind of images, but as soon as you had human faces, people came out with three arms and five eyes and things like that. Are you seeing that? That's rapidly improving.
It's improving every day. Every single day. I find a news haul, whether it's chat Wt or Google. For example, Google's Gemini chat chipt, creating images. Some of them you do get an extra finger, but you don't get extra legs anymore, you don't get extra arms, don't get extra eyes. It's all very human like, but you do sometimes get the extra finger. I do think it is going to get confusing, especially for the next generation.
I think about my children coming on social media because more and more I am seeing AI generated posts on social media and all these AI generated pictures, things like that. And it is getting hard to know what's real and what's generated, and I think that's only going to increase, isn't it? So where do you think it's going to go that way?
I always say to people, when you first look at a chat WT image, you can't really tell if it's tractable or not, but if you really look into it, can tell because you can see the extra fingers. However, I do think it's going to get to a point where people are using AI generated photos and videos for their marketing. And I think that's, I don't think we're going to be able to stop that. I think that's one thing in AI where we aren't going to stop because the toy is just so powerful.
Yeah. I wonder if it'll go to a place where it starts, like marking it as AI generated. You know, when you do an ad, now, if you do an ad, you have to do, like, hash ad, or you have to say that it's an ad. I wonder if the social media platforms will start to make us say this is an AI generated image.
Yeah. So I actually see on Instagram the other week that people are using their AI to create their captions on Instagram, and they're actually getting a notification saying even their account might even get deactivated for using AI to create captions. So I think people are starting to knuckle down a bit with the typing, but I just think AI images, they're gonna be so hard to spot in the next few months and years. That's really interesting.
Now, the other thing you mentioned is this very, very new tool which creates podcast episodes. And you actually emailed me about this the other day, and when I listen to what you created, it blew my mind. And we're going to play a clip of it in a second. But before we play the clip, just explain to me what the tool is and what you did in order to generate what I'm going to play in a second. So the tool is by Google.
It's called notebook lM, where you can basically upload a document, and you can basically ask any question about this document. So you can ask it for an faq, you can create a study guide from it. But the most amazing thing from it, you can create a podcast between two people. So, for example, I've got a document of all Becca's transcripts. We chuck that straight into the podcast, podcast tool. And it created a podcast talking about all the podcast episodes that Becker's got.
And it just blew my mind. Yeah. And what blew my mind, and as I said, I'm going to play it in a second for people to hear, is how realistic the voices sound. So often when you hear an AI thing, the voices sound quite robotic, and it's really obvious that it's a robot speaking. But I could not believe how realistic it sounded.
And I thought, I think in the future, we're going to be listening to AI generated podcasts without even realizing we're listening to AI generated podcasts, which is absolutely, absolutely insane. Right? I am going to try and play out a clip for everyone to hear. All right, are you ready to dive in. We're talking all things Becca Pountney today. Oh, I'm ready. So many good episodes. Seriously. Like drinking from a fire hose of wedding wisdom. My notebook is overflowing, I'll tell you that.
Mine too. So for today's deep dive, we wanted to really pull out those golden nuggets. You know, the stuff that no matter what part of the wedding world you're. In, it's gonna level up your business. Exactly. Yeah. And, you know, it's amazing. Even though Becca talks to everyone, photographers, planners, stationers, DJ's, everyone, they're these big themes that just keep popping up total. How crazy is that?
Like, it sounds so realistic, and it sounds like all the podcasts I listen to, american podcasts, the way that the people are interacting with each other, the way that they're speaking to each other. And this is like the first, like, iteration of that technology, isn't it? It's just crazy. Quite a funny story from that, actually. So I work with a few people my age, and I put their document about their business into the podcast hall.
And I went to say, look, they've created a podcast about you in America. And I played this stone. He actually believed it. So it's that realistic that people actually believe I've actually made a podcast about them. But then I told him that it's just an AI tool. So, yeah, quite a funny story. Yeah. And amazing and scary at the same time. Like, all of this stuff is that you can create something like that, and it sounds so realistic.
And as I said before, and as you said all the way through this, I think we're just going to see that happening more and more and more in the future. Okay, we've gone to the big stuff now, lots of people listening will think, well, that's great, Becca, but I don't want someone to make a podcast about me in AI. I want to be able to use this to benefit my business.
So I'd love for you to just share three ways that some of the wedding business owners or other business owners listening to this episode could use AI this week, this month to start benefiting their business. So such simple thing you can do is you can grab all your past LinkedIn posts, you can pass your, grab your blast Instagram post and copy and paste that straight into a chat GBT thread. We can then chat and learn over time.
So if you wanted to create a quick Instagram post, but you just wanted to draft, you can say to chapter using the tone and style in the way I've wrote the past Instagram post above. Please write me an Instagram post about dogs or cats, for example. I think another way we can do it is automation. So just a small automation using Zapier.
I think that's such a simple tool everyone can use just to respond to emails when you're out of office, you can use that zapier to respond to emails quite quickly. And chatbots, I think it's quite a big tool, but I think chatbots, they're only going to grow and they're only going to get more effective. Yeah, I agree with you, and I think it's one of those things.
I think we'll see more and more of this stuff coming in, but it's the early adopters that start doing it sooner who will be ahead of the curve before everyone else starts doing it. And even in the world that I work in. So in wedding industry education, I work with some of the top educators across the world, and every single one of them, when I them about Becca bot is blown away because I'm leading the curve. Like I'm leading the crowd with Becca bot.
So thank you for all of the way you've helped me with that. But I think people will follow suit. I think more and more people will start doing it, but it's great to be one of the first because it sets you apart for sure. Okay, baby, tell me what's next for you? What's next for automated flow? You've done a lot. You're still very young, and you've done so much already in your lifetime. What's next for you? I think what next thing is just keep taking risks, keep being curious, and keep learning.
I think new things are coming out each day. So I'm still learning on the job as well. But I think bringing up more courses, you're definitely going to see more courses from automated flow, maybe even creating your own chatbots course, more just general prompting and more just updated AI courses. And you can definitely see some more chatbots being made and definitely some more one on one sessions. Amazing.
And if people want some help with this, because for some people, this is going to be way above their headspace and they're not going to understand there are ways that you can help them. Just very briefly talk about how people can work with you. So you've got your course and you've got your one to one, so tell us about those. So if you want to book a one to one, you can go to my LinkedIn profile, Bailey Riddance, and book a discovery course.
Like I said earlier, if you're wanting to use AI, you just don't know how to use it and you want to save time using AI. Just book in a quick discovery call. We can chat to you, we can chat to each other about how you're operating in your business and we can see about how we can use AI in your business. But also the courses, the course of very, very big courses, around 100 pounds. I think they're very, very cheap for what you're going to get and it can definitely transform the way you look at AI.
Use AI and the way you actually process your business. Amazing and automated flow do have that wedding business specific chat GPT course, so I'll make sure I put a link to that in the show notes as well. Bailey, this has been such a fun conversation. I really enjoy talking to you and I know that we're going to have to have a second conversation at some point in the future because AI technology is just constantly, constantly changing.
And I'm sure there'll be new things for you to tell us, but I always end my episodes in the same way. So tell us, what's one thing you wish you'd known sooner in your own business? I've got two. That's okay. So my Etsy business, my Etsy business got banned for copyright because I sold Barbie cookie Cutters. The one thing I wish I knew was copyright.
And the second thing I knew, which you spoke about a lot of people on other podcasts, is how important customer relations are and actually building relationships with customers. I always think that you could provide the best service, but not be a very nice person. You can provide an average service but be really nice and you're going to get so many more customers.
So I think it's building relationships with customers, being kind because people are going to invest in people that want to invest in them. Amazing. Bailey, it's been a pleasure. Do go and follow Bailey on LinkedIn. I think that's probably where you're the most active and you've got so many great videos on there. You did a challenge where you're sharing tips every single day about AI and how people can use it in their business. And I believe they're all set on your LinkedIn still.
So people can go over there and go back and watch some of that. Is that right? Yes, that's right. So I posted 30 videos about AI in 30 days. And all 30 days got a lot of valuable tips, a lot of valuable prompts, and I've got lots of valuable tools as well. Amazing. So go find Bailey over on LinkedIn connect with him over there and if you want more specific, personalized help, then reach out to him for a discovery call because he really can help you.
He knows a lot and he will help you write those prompts and get them done so that you can then start using them in the future. Bailey, thank you so much for your time. Just a reminder, how do people find that cheat sheet? Tell them one more time if they want to get it from Becca bot. So go into Becca's website and go to the chat bot in the bottom right and type in AI cheat sheet and it will provide you with the link to find the cheat sheet. Amazing. Go do that now, baby.
Thank you so much and I will speak to you very soon I'm sure. Thank you so much for having me. Doesn't AI blow your mind? I just cannot believe how quickly it is developing, how quickly it's changing, and how many different ways we can use it in our businesses. And still I cannot get my head around that podcast episode and how realistic it sounds. I'd love to know what you've enjoyed about this episode. Let me know over on Instagram.
Drop me a DM and go find Becca Bohr and get that cheat sheet sheet. I'll see you next time.
