“You can change anything in your life even if it feels permanent and that’s exactly what we did, and it ended up being the most eye opening experience in my life.” Our friend, Whitney, shares her journey to being diagnosed with Celiacs Disease. Growing up with stomach problems and knowing that her grandma was Celiac, she knew it was a possibility, but wasn't sure. She shares the tests she took, the foods she ate and now eats, and how she now thrives off of gluten-free living. Not only that, but Whitney has her own woodworking company that is extremely popular in Bend and other Oregon cities. We chat about how she stands out in a male dominated industry and how she found her calling when she grew up not knowing what she wanted to do.
