What has been until recently? Last month my period lasted twenty one days? No, yeah, no, that it was weird. I think it has I have fibroids. Mm hmmm yeah. I actually go see a doctor about it tomorrow. There's always options, And that's what I like to tell people like UM and I think we're coming in a time, especially post pandemic, that people are a lot more open to alternative methods of healing UM because we're you know, we're told, oh, well, you need surgery for this, and you need these medications, but like that's not always the case. There are other options sometimes. Yeah. You know, my stepdad went into I See you last week Sunday, and I didn't go down there all week.
I went to the hospital on Friday. He was still an ICU on a ventilator and I did a violent flame meditation and he got off to breatheing machino. Before I left the hospital, I told my mama tomorrow they're gonna take him off the machine, and they took him off the machine. She called me back Saturday morning and they took him off the machine. So I went down there with my crystals and all that ship. The fucking nurses was looking at me like I'm crazy. My mama
looking at me like I'm crazy. Everything you don't have to go to the hospital for everything. You know what I'm saying. They don't know a lot of things. They don't know that. praying energy healing. Yes, I have always known I was a healer. And see that's why I have to be careful the type of people I deal with, because they will drain your ass. So I try to preserve my energy nowadays. But more about you. You know, I tell people a lot of times, because I have
a lot of students that they have those experiences. I call them energy vampires where they're like, you know, I can't go places, I can't be around crowd because it's too much energy, I don't know how to protect it. So, like I help people and give them tools, like you know, for instance, calling upon divine white light for protection. You know that helps create a bubble around you, uh, so that you don't get that interference from the energy vampires.
So yeah, why do people associate this type of stuff we're not believing in God. I'm just I'm not asking just I know, I know you believe in God, but I just would to ask y'all in front of everybody. here in South Carolina. Like it doesn't matter where you are, you can receive this energy healing and um anybody can learn it, which I think is great too. And I think a lot of times, like like you said, you're a whole witch, or you've always known you're a healer, like we all have it in us, we just are conditioned to forget it and you know, and from it. Yeah, And I think it's even worse now, especially with the pandemic and all that ship that we just went through.
I feel like a lot of melanated people were about to come online and they had to do something to dumb us back down so we don't tap into that real life power that we have that they know we have because they use it every day. You know what I'm saying. We're talking about a group of people that just sit around all day long trying to figure out how to funk. They can keep us down while we just be chilling. We won't even be doing nothing. But that's just how powerful black people are. Mm hmm, girl,
I don't know about all that. Sometimes I feel like you'd be going like so much deeper because everything is My surface level is not sitting around trying to not all and you know it's not all. But it's the people that control our lives, the people that control the TV, all these different things. You know, that's why I watch TV like that ship's real out here, some ship is real. But sometimes I'll be feeling like you have created some of this ship. Look at what's look at what's happened
in the last two years. Y'all feel like we like time has sped up. You don't feel like that. I feel like it's a both like it it slows down a whole bunch and then like right now, I feel like this year has sped up all of a sudden um. But during the pandemic, I felt like time completely just
like stood still. But but just think a lot of people forgot about I said that the other day, like when people talking about when people start talking about something that happened like the year before, asked they stayed twenty one, but it actually happened in like they literally forgot about that year. That's the long year. If it was long, girl, you was outside, cut it out. Okay, it wasn't bortant for me, but I know it's better for a lot of you never been in the house outside. I stayed
in the house a couple of days. Yeah, when your ass got COVID last year, that's the only time he was in the house. Every time I got COVID, I stayed in the house. Okay, all the times I had every variant, So you could have you could have used that time to um to up your up your spirituality, like like some of us. I did a little bit, I feel like because I feel like I started having that third eye experience during the pandemic. You know, that's when started happening for me. So I feel like maybe
I did grow in that realm a little bit. But I still don't believe that all white people got to meet. It's like a few of them. Yeah, it's a it's a few of them. Well, we're gonna talk about plant medicine. Let's take a break right quick. We'll be right back, y'all. Yeah, we're gonna see what the white people doing all right, So let's talk about this plan, because I do feel like marijuana is healing for me. It's not just like recreational drugs. I mean it is that too, but it
is a tool. I have multiple scurosis, so I feel like the weed does help me with pain sometimes, and it just helps me calm my mind when I start to get like worried about my disease. You know, it does help me in so many ways that liquor ain't gonna help me. Dick ain't gonna help me in that department, you know. And sometimes prayer just isn't enough, you know.
So the weed is a healing tool for me. And I have people like on my social media like oh yeah, drug addict, and about the kids they're following up, like girl fuck your kids, like kids following us, Like that's not girl fucking them kids they can be following. Yeah, you better not bring your kids over here. They're gonna be smoking weed with me. Get them more for the show. It's like, I ain't gonna give your babies drugs, all right.
I actually, Um, I didn't realize you had ms I actually had a guest on my show with ms UM earlier on actually and he saw a natural path, which is illegal in South Carolina, believe it or not, which makes you question things. But Um, with some diet changes, including like taking out tomato paste or tomato sauce and like pouring some other things, she doesn't have the symptoms he used to have at all, right, So I you
know I do. Uh. I watched this Ted talk called my my Mitochondria, and it was definitely about what I put in my body. So I do try to be mindful. I try to stay away from tomato, peppers, a lot of stuff that will you know, harmy when it comes to my MS. But sometimes I do, like step outside of the parameters of what I should have, just because I love I love chocolate. Like it's hard for me to give up certain certain things when it comes to my MS, but I will. I do do it sometimes,
but probably not to the level I should honestly. But the weed, it didn't say I couldn't have weed, right, so you could always You could always just be more intentional with the weed too, Like I say, like with plant medicine, if I treated as medicine, then I'd like to set an intention. Um, you know, you can say thank you to the ancestors who have sacrifice, you know, because of legalization tshoes, you know, uh, the ancestors before us. So you can you can send set an intention. You
can thank those before us. You can thank those who are incarcerated for their service to you know what this medicine is about, right, Sometimes yeah, because you know, and I do, like I get I'll smoke and I'll meditate. Yeah, I feel like the experience is different when I have smoke versus when I do it without it. So I don't know. I'm not giving it up. You guys, if
y'all mad about it, jus educate yourselves on it. More like, I don't know what the oh my god, it's about, and I think or I do know what it's about. A lot of times it's just misinformation. People don't know enough about it. Right, it's not going nowhere. I'm gonna be a grandma like baby, go get that canister off my cap, bring it here. And yeah, but y'all have to look at all the different plant medicines that the government, this government has made illegal were once like real life
medicines for the civilization. I was here before them. So they make it illegal, so we can't have our medicine, Like, this is our ship. So now they're making it illegal so they can make money off of it, essentially like ayahuasca to the to the Indians. You know what I'm saying, like, why is that illegal when you when y'all came here, this is what they were doing. So now y'all made that illegal for them to naturally heal themselves. That's some
wicked ship. But people doing it. I ain't gonna say it ain't no white people doing it, but I will say that all white people are not involved. That is not what I'm saying. And the white people that know, like listen, that's the That's the same way like if a man coming here and like and say something like fuck y'all holes and bitches, like if you're not a whole bit, why are you getting offended? So if I'm not talking about you in particular, white person, then it's
not you. Do you see what I'm saying. I don't feel offended by some ship that don't got nothing to do with me. But when you say white people is kind of like generalizing because I mean, sorry, and is white, So it's not like that's the cheat. Yes, but you can't do nothing about the color of your skin. Right, your skin is white. So when you say white, it was like white people who have made control, they shouldn't be offended. You don't even have to specify some because
you know, I'm big about my words somewhere. You know, words matter. So I get where he's going, tam like some Yeah that's all she's saying. Let me play a mediator right here. We should all take a trip to the Shasta Mountains and do some iahwasca there on my to do list, Like I wanted to try ayahuasca before I ever tried trum, Like before I even knew about shrooms like that, I wanted to What is ayahuasca? It's another plant off a cactus. Yep, yep, drink it. Yeah, dimethyol.
Trip to me um and you drink it. Some people vomit afterwards, but they have flashbacks and memories and they go back and heal their inner child and heal trauma. It's usually performed with a shaman. Like I'm not gonna go to you know, Florida offers it somewhere, like some church or something in Florida got like some special special guidelines something. Yeah, it's probably they might be indigenous, like they may have their indigenous status, why they can you
can do it? No, it's it ain't yeah a little bit. Yeah, it's um but some something how I guess because it was a religion, something they were able to like manipulate that in a way that they can allow Ayawaska because it's part of the religion because it's Florida, Florida. Yeah, so I have had I wouldn't even call them trips because I've done um shrooms like maybe three times. And um, I don't go nowhere. I'm well nowhere, Okay. So you
spoke to me, Okay, so listen, I do me. Yeah, hey girl, I was like hey, I was like, nothing is kind of late. I'm laying down. Guess what I just did was like her mouth was moving so fast she was talking. Yeah, but I didn't go anywhere, you know what. But I did start I did at one point after hung out with Tam, I did turn my meditation music on. I put my headphones on and I was trying to like go somewhere, but I was doing it with my ex at the time, and this nigga
was really like he was really tripping out. Do you know how much you did, though, I think we did like maybe three grams apiece for it's like magic number there. Oh yeah, but this was out right. This was our first time, so I wanted to micro doce like just do and I feel like micro doson would be like from two to three, three grams, two to three and a half grams right from my like to five whatever. But I didn't go anywhere. I didn't go, so I know, I was talking a lot. I was laughing a lot,
joking a lot with Tammy on the phone. But after I hung up with her, I just was trying to like just relax, and this nigga kept getting up and down after bed like it's hard. Like that's what I'm saying. Like, I feel like it depends on your mental state, what type of trip you have, because you could trip out. M hm. So that's what I feel for me. Well, yeah, you gotta be you gotta have the right company for sure. You gotta have a plan, you know, like um. And
then we did it too late at night. We did it too at night because it lasts, Yes, you gotta do that early in the day. Yeah, I must pretend. But like when I did my trip, it lasted like nine hours. I want to say, yeah you do, yeah, make zero plans afterwards. I got nine hours to be high man. Yeah, it was different time though. I would have to be high on a ground level. Two. I couldn't be up here on the floor. Yea. I started
believing I could fly already. Nah, And you should be around nature, like if you can, if you have access to nature, that would be good. So yeah, a daytime trip would be ideal. Um. But I did like four grams when I did a trippy trip and I saw, um like the stars multiplied in the sky. Um. Did you did you laugh and cry a lot with your trip? Nough? Okay, yeah, I had all the emotions. There was a lot of laughter, a lot of crying, a lot of crying because of
the laughter. Um. So it was like an overall healing experience. But it was. But it was over four gramsly that day. I know, a j think sound funny, but I've never been funnier in my life than that day. Anythink, I said, it does give you the good too, and then it's like NonStop. It is. It's different than a weed high for sure, It's definitely different. Oh, I got a picture, so the only weird thing I did have in the
meat with my fucking feet. My feet did some crazy ship like a cramp and it was stuck like that for at least thirty forty five minutes. And look, I had sent Charlemagne that picture that because he was asking about it, like he said us like the candy bar, asking if we had ever done um, you know, the
shroom bars. And I'm like, yeah, I did that ship before. Um. But I was trying to tell him how the first time I did the shrooms, how my feet didn't I sent the fucking picture and he was like, if I was with your your feet did that ship, I'll be tripping out to talking about the nigger, right. I tried to get him. He didn't want to do them. No, he wasn't there yet. I think he's done him since then. But I tried it. He was like, no, I'm not there yet. I'm not there because I had I made um.
It was a combination of it was shrooms and THHC. But hell no, so I've done a candy I've done the candy bar and weed before, but actual shrooms and we eat I'm scared it's the same thing. We takes me down like down down, so maybe it might level out a little bit. You don't know. Yeah, yeah, y'all more advanced than me. I've done weed and a little adderall before, how about that. But that's like that tick tick, that's like sometimes fuck, I like to cut a little
bit sometimes, right, a little bit. I'm really a drug addict, okay, Like I really just like weeded sex. I like to be on. It doesn't make an addict not an addict, you know what I mean. Like I like to do drugs, but I want to follow up with some penis. That's usually when I get on drugs. But I didn't have I didn't have the shrooms and sex experience yet. Um. I don't think most people don't have sex when they do shrooms. Yeah, it's not even about a sexual experience.
Most people are like within themselves in their own mind when they do shrooms, not you know, looking outward. And I still try it. Yeah, personally, I feel like that would be a phenomenal experience from what I experienced. I would I would imagine it. I think it would be a good time. So every time you've done it, it hasn't been with a man like friends, Yeah, friends, but like one of the side effects you could call it, is like it increases your sensuality. So come in, bring
that dick here. That's interesting and they there's actually now now that there's like this, I can call it like the psychedelic yeah taking place. There's like apps now where you can you can download an app and have like a trip center to like contact and help you through your trips. Those things exist. What Yeah, Yeah, it's like one eight hundred numbers if you want to like have a have your experience. And they're following next police pulling up at your house, right, Yeah, we came to take
you on a trip to jail. Bit that sounds like some daish it. I'm scared I could be. I feel like that's something I could be a trip sitter. Yeah, I feel like that. You know, you're talking through talking back down and talking through their experience. I feel like it'd be Yeah, I tell jokes whatever, you tell them to pull the dick out, put your dick out. Who it is? You know? I had just smoked some weed.
It wasn't obviously regular weed. I don't even know if regular weed exists anymore, but it was, you know, a nice strong strain and I had this guy come hanged. I think I was moving. So he took some shelves down for me or something, and I was like, you wanna you wanna hit this weed? He was like, oh, I really don't smoke that much. I was like, okay, I mean it's up to you. I'm about to light it. If you want to hit it, you don't have to. And he hit it and he started freaking out so bad.
It was just all he ruined my high. I was like, I was like, just relaxed. He started sweating. He kept he drank all the bottomed water I had in the house, and he was like pacing the floor. Hells, I've never got demons. We do this to nobody. He got some fucking demons. I've seen people trip out on weed before. I've seen that ship. Was like acting real strange, and I was like, do you want me to call you an uber? You know I'm calling you get out of here?
What about? I was like, just calm down, it's okay, nothing, You're gonna be okay. Not relax. He might have been on some other ship too. What kind of weed you'd be smoking? That's that rapper weeds. It is rapper weed that I smoke, but he only had two little pubs. Goddamn you, poor sweat. Not ever, just like all medicine isn't for everybody, and you know, some medicine has like bizarre side effects and then you need the medicine for the side effects from the other medicine. Plant medicine isn't
for everybody. And that's what I like to tell people, Like I love talking about shrooms and I love talking about weed, but like I get it, it's not for everybody, right, I agree, but it's all of it is better for you than alcohol. Believe absolutely, that's straight sugar. That's all liquor is, and it's and it's a depressant and kidneys up. Yeah, I know for me, but I guess, so I guess. You know, you know, you don't have to consume it
as smoking it. There's different. You can have it as a TA, you could have it as edible, like there's options alcoholics alcohol, right, And I know one thing, I smoke a joint, I'm down a few, maybe an hour or so, I'm back to normal. I drink liquor half
the next day. I feel like the older we get like your body just don't process that ship the same because I can drink two drinks maybe on a Saturday, and my whole Sunday sucked up, and I don't like drinking no more the same, and I think like the more, like you get in touch with your spiritual side too. It's like it's like it's poisoning, and I think about it, like you're really poisoning your body right quick? Yeah, Like I don't like that weed like that. It's not it's
not that liquor is straight poisoned. Some man made that. But but it's so much fun when you're drunk, and you know why it's legal. Guess what you know what they call liquor, right, spirits, spirits, wine and spirits. So when people end up in prison because they committed some ship when they were drunk, and then you wake up like what the fund did I do? Because you live spirits and your fucking body with that liquor, why they call it spirits? Yeah, I completely agree. I completely agree.
And like when I took my shroom trip, I remember you remember everything about your shroom trip right from like the start of it to pieces of it, probably even some of the conversations that were had alcohol, Like you probably blacked out at some point, if not more than once. Yeah, I feel like I'm like that on weed though, Like, man,
I'm a fucking astronaut when I'm high on weed. Like I swear I got the formula and the calculation for flat Earth, okay, for whatever it is, Like I know, and by the time I'm sober, it's like I forgot everything I was thinking about. Crazy, But at least, at least by the time you come back, it doesn't take a day and a half come back, right, So I tried. Um.
I don't like edibles. I don't like drinking. I don't like the drinking the marijuana like a liquid form and stuff like that, because I just don't know how to dose properly when it comes to that, and I end up like I had bought this juice. He was like, oh, yeah, just have it, you know, But he didn't say. He didn't say, don't the whole bottle. Don't drinking. I drink
the whole bottle with my sandwich. When I tell you I could not come back to work, I was on the floor in my house Indian style, out rapping to instrumental beats, crying like crying. I was like, like I could not get it together. I couldn't come back to work that day, like it was over drinking that ship like a bottle lemonade, like a bottle lemonade. No, No, I had that ship with my turkey sandwich. About a hour later, I was like, somebody call a paramedic. That's
when I you always are. You always start small because you can always you can always add to it. That's the same for edible. You can start small, you can always add to it. But don't go harder, go home, because you you might not come home. One one year, my birthday, we was out at the pool. My friend he gonna eat a whole bag of peach rings, marijuana, petrits, call the paramedics to come get him. He literally had it. I was so upset with him. He was laid out on the floor and I had to call no one
one and come get his ass. And he left on the stretcher. Bitch. And that's why I was like, I'm not eating animals no more. Why would your dumb maasks eat the whole bag? Though stupid delicious, but but all right, So what I don't understand what that is? If it looks like a regular single service sized bottle of juice. Why wouldn't they put a single service sized amount of marijuana in that bottom? Understand why it needs You're gonna drink a cap full Larry time, did you even did
juice might dilute a little bit of weed. Maybe that's why they have to put enough and you feel something, but you're supposed to micro do stat sip sip sip until you feel something and then they go down a little bit sip sip. She was drinking that ship like cool aid, Like, yeah, I was turkey. Yes, I had a dry ass turkey sandwich. I was washing it down with that ship. Yeah I didn't. But but in saying that, like, look how many lessons we learned from alcohol and we
still drink it? Yeah? Yeah, never, Yeah, I mean that ship didn't have me put down that black medicine in the juice bottle, But I was. I was good in a couple of hours that woke up, was good to go. Yeah. What's your worst healing story that you pad with with the client. I won't say words um, but I'll say one of the things. One of the side effects sometimes from reiki is um it helps you purge things. So I've had clients. Uh, I know. I have a particular client.
She was experiencing, UM, a lot of like emotional issues at the time. She was like not processing them. And emotions you know you're probably familiar with there's just different um organs that are associated with different emotions or maybe you're not familiar with that. UM. But the soul in plexus, which is at the stomach, and emotions go hand in hand. So that is your your strength, your discipline, your willpower, and if you think about your stomach, that's your core
right and um your gut health. Yeah. So like if you're not processing emotions, a lot of times you get backed up and so a lot of people have ibs and you know all kinds of different stresses that take place, and that's on the body. Yeah, UM, because you're not
processing the emotions to pass them through. So I did raki on a client who she had expressed that you know, she's gone gone through some emotional stuff and UM, and I worked on her stomach and I could feel some movement and I was like, Okay, let me just let her know, like you might have some side effects after this, Yeah, yeah,
you might. You might have the ship extra though, UM and she was like, okay, all right, she said the minute she got home she cannot make it to the bathroom club quick enough, and she shartered herself like it was it was out that quick. Um. So yeah, she was like, okay, well I do believe in it, um because yeah, so like that's a side effect sometimes, like you and I tell people, you know, you might have to you might have some loose vowels after this, um,
especially if you've been backed up for some time. But that's that's that pushing that energy through. Yes, And I'm all is working on my gut health. Yeah, you know when I go to the chipractor, like almost immediately, so he's just getting those massages. Like I like the holistic ship all all a natural ship when I have to put some bullshit in my body. That's what I went. Yeah, I'll ship all the time, So I don't know if
they will work all the time. So that's like an over expression of like the letting should go kind of thing. Over active and over active. Yeah, and I hold all the time. That's that virgo in you. I'm already tell you that's that virgo in you. They have UM. So if you look, there's actually a zodiac chart with um based on your zodiac sign. What organs are usually affected with it virgos and testines um. But cancer is also
up there with stomach stuff. Um. Capricorn is like knees and joints, Gemini is like chests, um and shoulders was cancered stomach stuff. Oh hm, But because y'all are connected to the moon, that's like you gotta get connected to those moon cycles and look at it. So one of my friends told me I need to ship like this. Hold on, yeah, yeah, you can get one of those stools. They got the stools on Amazon. Squatty potty. Yeah, like the need it? Why do I need to ship? Because
the way we do that is not natural? The way we use the restaurant, the way we have kids and childbirth. Yeah, it's not natural because are if you think of how the intestines are set up, you know they're doing a thing a certain way, and when we sit on the toilet, that crunches all of that up. It doesn't get to free freely flow. Okay, I'm gonna ship standing up next time. No, no, no, no, get you a squatty potty. I don't feel like I
