We're just too unapologetically black women with an opinion who talked back. We're back, Welcome to a new episode that we talked back. It's your girl a j. It's Tam Bam, y'all, and I want to sing for y'all today because we got a nigga who can sing on the show. You know that Miss Charlene woke up this morning found in the letter that she wrote, Dick is too hard to swat you know how you ever? Anthony Hamilton said it. Listen, we have Anthony Hamilton, y'all, a whole life living legend,
and he is talking back with us. What's your favorite? Uh, Anthony Hamilton's song, Tim, that's your favorite song? Absolutely? When I saw Daddy's Little Girls and he just was in the bid with that wife being on all hurt over Gabriel Union and I was playing, I was like, Oh, I want you just to act like that about me,
and I love that song. My all time favorite Anthony Hamilton song is off of his second album, um never Love Again and go like never love fucking I know I don't go like that after your broke me down. It's high to trust the feeling you love. Yeah, Hey, don't get what you do in my face turned up, I could say, smell something sting, I could sing in real life and look and look, I got allergies right now. Must be bitch, because let Anthony do it. I'm gonna ask him to sing it. My best friend with see
if you do this show, Anthony. I know I've only known you for about thirty minutes now, but my best friend winning for me. Thank you? All right, y'all tune in for Anthony Hamilton's like the head head goes whoo whoo hey, Hey, this is we talked back. I'm Tim Bam and this is a j and we got a super special guest today, superstar Anthony Hamilton's with us today. Thank you for joining us, Thank you all for having me. Man, are you one of my favorite artists all time? Favorite? Alright,
you appreciate. So how do we address you? Are we calling you Mr? Aquarius because I don't look you sign up to Hamilton's what we call you today? You know Anthony is good? It's simple, okay. Yeah, So Anthony, I need to tell you a story. We're gonna start with
my story, all right. I met you in a club and like two thousand sixteen, We were in a V I P Section and I was drunk as fun and I was like sing Sharleen to me, Anthony, and you sang a little bit of it to me, and then I started to go into this story about why I moved to Charlotte and how me and my nigga at the time, but we broke up. By that time, we were living in London, and we went to the O two Arena to see you in concert, and we got in a fight because I wasn't next to him when
Charlene was on. We got a whole fight. If you fight at an Anthony Hamilton's concert, you really got some problems. Like you toxic, toxic, It's real toxic. And I even hung on I gotta show you this because it was like I was telling you the story about it and he was looking at me like this because I probably I probably wasn't caught up to your drunk that yet. Yeah, you know when you when you so somebody else just
like it's not fun. But I'm gonna stay there with you though I ain't gonna I ain't gonna go both. I'm gonna talk to you. I'm listening to you. You you you was like, girl, get out my face. That's how you was looking like. I don't hear it, but I just want to show you this. This is me and you in the club that night so much. Yeah, I had to send me that on I Well, I'm gonna send it to you. Wow. Tam Bam and a Jah so coming from where I'm from and ain't nobody worrying.
That's my two favorite albums and I still listen to those albums like it came out yesterday. Okay, thank you? So um, we did see your last single, not the most recent one. You had another song come out with last month, I mean last year, Jamika Mallory. Yeah, Mercy
that come about. Mercy was a song that it spoke to the to the to the black man at that moment who was going through a lot, who had endured a lot and just needed a little time to to be loved on and for people to have mercy on him, because we endure a lot and not the fact that you know, you feel weak. You just need a moment and you need to be loved on and and poured into. And we chose to make it because she was the voice of the black woman that really gave a damn
about black Man m It was fitting to half of that. Yeah, you know what, it really is a beautiful, powerful song and uh, I know it hasn't found the home, you know, his way into the homes of a lot of people because there's a lot going on, But it will get will resurface again. Yeah. I just listened to it for the first time last ning. The most powerful piece was you know, the whole song is good and went to Mika Mallory. He said, I'm not your enemy, but I'm
your energy. Yeah. Yeah, it just sets the tone like you know, a lot of times when someone wants to love on you, you know, ego gets in the way, and you know you don't know how to take it. You don't know how to receive it at a certain levels of your life. Until you get out of the way, you don't you don't notice that she's your energy, right you know, now you got this new single out, you
made a fool of me. Now I feel like this song is good because you're giving Lenny Williams energy and this song like but has made it okay for you not to know what the heck to say, right Uh, And it's all right because that's but it was a little triggering for me. Now let me tell you why, because I took my mind back to that time fight and the O two arena, listening to Charlene and in that song you say you'll promise you'll be there to the very end to protect you and love you, to
be with you for life. Now in this song. Nowhearing that song, do you say, bitch until you do what I'm doing to you? You know what I'm saying. No, wearing that song, I hear that in Charlene not nowhere now And this you made a fool of Me song. You're saying you're never gonna take her back? Now, that was two thousand four. You you she was what she said a thousand times. She's been asking you to get your ship together, yea, and now here it is one
you're talking about. You ain't never gonna take her back. Got her dragging her Louis Vauton out the out the mansion. I was mad she drug it out to you. Pretty. She didn't drag it out with no pain. No, she did not know. She was like, she was like, all right, I'm gonna get right. Well. Oftentimes when a woman steps out there a lot of times they already be ready to go right. Yeah, I'm just telling you. I mean, you know, and and a lot of times we'll be
ready for y'all to ago. Period. Now that's exactly she's running my pressure. You don't cook girl friends always in here with all that blue and hand make up all over the place. Excuse me, why are you talking about me like that? I don't understand you are talking about you, but my ex is and aquaries I know about y'all. You can't tell me nothing about an aquaries. We like our face. We can be a little moodies, needs space
to reboot, but we're good people. We love people. When we're out, we're out, But when I'm in, I'm in introverted. So do you think it's a general consistent that men? All right? So a woman will take you back a thousand times, but a man will be hurt one time and be like, I'll never take you back. So unfair y'all expect the woman to you even had the song? What does it pray for me? Yeah? Somebody need to pray for me because I need my woman back out
of did wrong against you that proped me and my ship? Again? Lord, somebody to pray for me now here you are talking about I never take you back. It's I mean sometimes we speak in the heat of the moment. We speak in the heat of the pain. Um and uh, you know a man when when a man has heard it hit, hit different and cut different. Why though, why don't women get the same type of men get? I think women have more You guys are Wow, we're human. You're definitely human.
But women, I don't know, you have a higher capacity to to to tolerate bullshit. Yeah, you shouldn't have to deal. You know that. The way you guys are built different. You guys are stronger in so many ways emotionally then most like we like the average heartbreak for a man, it's devastating. It's like I want to Yeah, y'all used to break in the hearts, so when your heart get broken,
it's like everybody, Yeah, everybody gotta die. Yeah, way, Like I feel like I'm dead, so I might as well going to this lay under this board, this board ever just gonna just gonna So I see on Instagram, like Shirley has an Instagram page, y'all had a video conversation together. So there's some realness to this story. Like, help me understand that? Or is it built on it? Is it built off a real story, a real situation or yeah,
definitely the song came from a real, real place. And U and even Charline now like I hadn't seen it in a long, long long time, Like you know, I was like, where are you being? I've been looking for you? But what's going on? Um? And this you know a founder and she's now with children and things going on in their life. And I was kind of shocked. Wait, which which to your old lady or something back then?
She was no, actually okay, but the real person was. Oh. But it was just some similarities like wow, because you know, you know when you when you you look for people, he said, I don't wonder what happened to him? What you know that It's like, wow, I didn't expect that. You didn't expect her by now? Well I did. But you know, sometimes you see people when you see their lives go on a certain way, you see them, you know, you see them eye on Instagram or Facebook or somewhere.
This person was totally gone, no trace. So it was like, whatever happened, what happened? You know? This person is got a real, real life life. Thank thank thanks, going on, like, so when is the album coming out? Album? Will be released in h August? Working on it? Yeah, in the studio now we're working on it, finish it. I'll go back in with j D to finish up on something, some of my finishing touches and to write a few more songs. So now you sign it? So so deafer
is this year? I read that this would be your first in the album. No, I'm signed to my Music Box, which is my label through BMG being j D. Just have a great working relationship and we're pretty close, good friends. And the time to work and bring out a project, you want to go with people who get it, who who know music, who knows the temperament of music today and understand where I was when I when I had that very impactful effect on the people when I when
I came into it. So he gets both. He's current and he's also you know, old school j D O. He has Yeah, he keeps us, he has a post and each each um he's generation. And so now how important is ownership to you? Because you know what this means, your your first indie album, and everybody's on ownership now, especially since Nipsey Hustle, Nipsey hustle, um, um past and you know all his videos and started stuff started coming out. So you have younger guys now wanting to make sure
they own their intellectual property. How important is that for you? It's been very important, know you just some days you sometimes you have to pay pay your dudes to get to a place of ownership. Um. When when you don't really know, you don't know how to structure that. Coming in as a new artist, you don't have as much to say. So when you're proven you can be successful and that you you know you're worthy of of. You know hearing me out, you know it's a worthy conversation
because I'm valuable. I proved myself to be valuable. So there's some negotiations. Um, that's gonna have to take place to to be in the Anthony Hamilton business. Um. And I proved myself to be lucal. Uh, there's a high
demand for me. So when you have that, and it's a blessing, Um, you have you have more leverage and the ownership means you you have control, that's power in it, and there's a legacy that you can pass on, pass it down to your children, your family, and ultimately it's your it's your it's your story that can be told however you wanted to be told. Absolutely. With the new album coming out, are you gonna go on tour? And what are you? Are you gonna get vaccinated? What's your
feelings about touring after Corona? Well during Corona because it's not over, but you know, yeah, I'm gonna tour. I'm gonna. I'm a tour when it's health. Um, I had COVID. I was in the hospital two weeks in December throughout the top of January, and uh, you know, I'm not I'm not vaccinated yet. Um. And I'm kind of against vascinations. I've never had taken really a lot of them. Mm hmm um. Like it was years and years and I had to go to Africa some years ago, so you know,
those back vaccines. But now I don't know, just kind of you know, leary of Yeah, I'm worried about it too. Like some days I feel like I wanted to get the vaccination, and some days I think about how they tested black people with Syphilist experiments and uh, Henrietta Lax and how they took her DNA for all these different testing, and it just makes me scared, like we're all for the government and it all happened so fast, and never mind the fact that it's not FDA approved in that
you know that pimental right now? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And and anytime you have to mandate something and make it mandatory to have um to be able to do something else, to have freedom, then that part bothers me a lot, you know, like so why you know why so much pressure? Right? And then now so now they no longer have the mass mandate or like the large gathering mandates in North Carolina, So how are you going to determine who has the
vaccination and who doesn't? Are people vaccinated go in the dark or something they may, you know, like going to different places like I just did when I did the video a lot of videos I've done the Grammys when we perform with the baby. You got tested every day before rehearsal Um, I tested everybody on my video set,
and that way you have a piece of mind. But you know, it's gonna kind of be hard to just set up testing before you go to the grocery store, testing before you do this testing, you know, so let's not be a way. Maybe you get up I don't know, some kind of certificate or something like you said that chip gonna stop lighting up in their head at a bit of you don't make fake certificates. That's all that's gonna happen. I would be selling down there. They go ahead,
a little oozy BT diamond in their head gone. I saw a video, a video online where people have been putting magnets on the injection spot and it's been sticking. So my mom, that's what I haven't I haven't tested it out yet. I'm gonna do it on my parents because both of them, well, my mom is completely vaccinated. What you looking for across? What are you looking for across? And something? A pistol to shoot the zombies in their head?
What I got a sage belt I'm about to put on hold on Before we get into anything else, Let's pay some bills real quick, all right. So we have a segment on our show called Dumb Bitch Stories, right or SIMP series, where we tell a story. We have any but you're gonna we want your critique on the story that we do. You have a same story. Every man has a simse story where once or twice. They may have been played by a woman, so you never been played by Yeah, you got a song made a
fool of me, So yeah, I'm gonna yeah. I was in love with this girl named Dana. I won't give a last name. Beautiful, beautiful girl. Uh bad, this is the first time I light lighter skin like y'all, A little lighter brown girl, girl looking little right, had that light heating different, a little bit on the higher golden side round like. She was like, uh, a little short built the thing, and I just liked a lot, and uh,
you know I had I don't think. She's probably one of the prettiest girls that had ever had a crush on. So she was like, well, my cousin was dating her when her friend she said, well, we're gonna be over at such a such house. On't you come over to the party and we can hang out, you know, something like sixteen sixteen seventeen. I walked. It probably took me about maybe almost two hours an hour and a half two hours to walk there, so you were staying by the time you got So no, No, I don't never.
I don't have to, you know, I don't old. I ain't want to always I don't want to claim brother a sixteen ye old boy. I know you were smelling number one extra onions. Cut it out. No no, no, no, no, no, no no no. I don't smell like taffold water, dog water, none of that salty. Uh. But I walked and I was so looking forward to it. She was there and she kept smiling, and we didn't really say too much.
But by the time we all were in this one room, I guess it was about to be I don't know what he was about to do to a toadst something. She came and it got named. Ernest was my friend's girlfriends uncle. She sat on his lap. Was older dudes in college. We were in high school. She suddenly his laugh. She just kind of looked at me and smiled at me like it just like, damn, how was fool? I know, walk two hours and you man, my little hard was broke, broke, broke, broke.
I've seen her after that, you know, I said, yeah, she trying to sit in your lap when she saw you. After that. No, you didn't get no love, No, I ain't man. You know, for a minute, I was like, man, you're dirty, I said, you did meet dirty? Dirty? You know what you were supposed to do, like good bad advice. Sometimes you were supposed to smash her ass and never call her back. She couldn't get done this good good
You heard about it though. Yeah, all right, so we did get a simple story from a young guy on Instagram. Young man. All right, so it says Hi, So we need your advice. We would like to give him give people advice when they're sending these stories. Right, So it says Hi. I'm a twenty nine year old average looking uh mechanical engineer born and raised in Houston, Texas. I spent most of my entire adult life getting my education,
and I do pretty well financially. I dated here and there, but I've never really had a steady relationship with the woman I'm currently seeing this woman, it's been about a year. She's beautiful, but the only hang up is that she has a four year old son and me. I don't have any kids. The other thing is the kid's dad just got out of prison, and I feel like he's now completely to act to in their in their lives.
He puts quotes in their lives, meaning she and her son are with this guy more than I'm comfortable with to say they are no longer together. Recently, she was laid off and I've been helping her financially. We were FaceTime in the other night a little past ten pm when I heard her doorbell rang and she abruptly hung up. I tried call him back, but she didn't answer. The
next the next day, she called like nothing happened. I kind of pressed her about the night before, and she immediately got defensive, saying it was her child's father and that she didn't owe me an explanation as an explanation as to why he was there. I like her, and I kind of feel invested since I've been helping her. Do you think I should cut my losses and move on or respect that she has to have some form
of relationship with her ex for the sake of their child. Sincerely, feeling kind of simplesh Gold saying you may have me real quick. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, those are quick. Those are signs like she's she's not willing to step up and and to let the father know that this active relationship is special to her. He's now dictating, you know how this woman is treating it um so now, boyfriend, and she's starting to maybe catch feelings for old prison boy.
You know he had none in a minute, probably coming back with that, you know that, yeah, yeah, popping off. She's probably starting to think about that. Oh my biges, my child's son is here and I'm a father's here and we're kindling some old things. UM. Definitely that's something going on. If when you hang up, I've been there knowing I ain't supposed to be where I'm at, hang up the phone real fast because uh, they don't need
to hear this, and you don't need to hear it either. UM. And that's you know, when you say I don't owe you're an explanation, that's saying that I'm here, I can do whatever I want to do. I don't respect you. UM. And you know you don't have no you don't have no say over here. So he probably needs to to pull back like money doesn't need money doesn't equate to anything other than just money. UM, when you're talking about investing, you have your feelings and you know and you're safety.
You don't know if this guy somebody who what do you? What do you? What are you going for? You know what I mean? Just even that mentality he may think, you know, since he's been gone. She may have been telling him like I ain't been saying about it's me and little Travis, you know, So you don't know what dynamics they they they have, and you don't know what she's been telling him. And the fact that she's flipping
on him. That that hard. He must have an um, he must he must feel that she hasn't been doing anything and she's been waiting on him, or he stands a chance and she noticed other guy. He's soft enough to to stay around longer. And he's still paying bills. So even the baby daddy doesn't have a key because he did ring the doorbell right, true, but he probably got one by now. And look, you probably on house
arrest at another address in his MoMA name. Uh. But yeah, man, he may want to pull back on that one for sure, just just for even safety reasons, like there's no need to be getting into a fight. I mean, let him, let him have his family, that's his little family. If she wants that's what she wants, then so be it. He'll find somebody else who will appreciate him. Man, it'll be safer. You can go lay down at night, um without you know, still till me over your head with
with a baseball bat or customer, you know. And it sounds like the only reason why he kind of wants to stay in the situation is because he feels like he's getting Yeah, you get more money. Is it worth it though? Is it worse? I don't care how much I don't faid if it's time to go with Stamar. Those are real mature answers. Those are mature answers. I feel like, fight for your girl, bro, fighting if it's worth it, though, But if she's not fighting, if she's
fighting against you, then what chance do you have. She just wanted a little piece of prison wood and now she's back. Come on, That's all I'm just saying. But you know she's gonna want it. He might have left some information out of it, like maybe he's been pressing her, like you know, what's she's like, Yeah, he just stopped by that just drop something off and her hanging up. Okay, okay,
I get it. Certain certain hours for certain things. Then you can come in the daytime when the lights on and uh, you know, or me and my me and my baby, me and my boyfriend are here. Uh, if you want to stop by and drop it off. That's fine, but not hang phone, don't answer when I called back. Oh do you get you know? You getting himed up? And I know him on your mind, but it don't matter because you're still getting himmed up. And here I am laying here, can't sleep and I gotta go to
work tomorrow to pay your bills. Sure so dumb, you are really dub for real. So now it's dating and being in a relationship the same thing. Because he said they're dating, I feel like, what's the what's the Are you dating exclusively? If you're dating exclusive? Are you dating in the hopes of this becoming a real thing? Are we dating because we only want to be with each other? Like dating could be a little tricky with dating that means, okay, we get together, we go out on date, or we
have movies. Oh we you know we pol pola. Uh. It just depends on what what what you guys? What do you expect expectations? Do you think that's a conversation that needs to be had, Like should a man say I want to date you exclusively before a woman should start being exclusive to him? Because I just got like a dude just dropped me recently because I went out on a date with someone else and he was like, I thought we were dating exclusively, And I was like,
you never asked me to be exclusive. I think we know when the person expect for it to be exclusive, But if you don't say not, not no. But sometimes people just want to Like dating for me has been like that, like everybody want to just let me. I want to own it. Mm hmm, just me and you not. Yeah, I'm not. I'm not ready for that. Yeah you know what I mean. And when I am gonna be great at it. Um, but you can't pressure me into it.
You can't. You can't trick me into it either, right, Like like we never we all decided, Okay, we both decided, let's go out and have drinks. You know. It's those silent conversations like sleeping together, sleeping like we exclusively us, you know, spending all day every day together. How about starting business together? All that that's that's really really I mean, let's see you you can do all that stuff with a man, and then when he get caught with someone else,
we will never said we were exclusive. We never and that I've been here, I think. But on both sides, he needs a woman needs to you need to speak up about what you really want and what you expect from me, and I need to let you know what I expect from you and what I can give um
and and vice versa. I think that should be a clear understanding before going into it, because it's it's nothing like dating someone and you you know, you spend time together dating or whatever you call it, and you get to a place and it feels like the the prison, the seal, like, ah, I didn't I didn't know it was this, I didn't know. We never had this conversation. And that could be a cop outweigh you know what
I mean? It is you know that if you if you're treating like you you here and you guys have been intimate, you spending all this time and you're talking about you're talking a certain way. It's one conversation when you're laying down on that good pillar, and then it's another one. You you know, right, you come, you come to your sensors. You're right, right, no pun intended, right. UM. I think it's a clear understand, clear understanding and through
the conversation. Definitely, it's important because I don't want to get to a certain level and I'm thinking that. Okay, okay, I'm not exclusive without dating, but you're expecting certain things from me. That's if we are um on both sides. That could be a little tricky. It could be I mean, it can hurt your feelings. Mm hmm. It's a shock to to you. Um, but you shouldn't assume just because we're being intimate and we're spending this time and all that,
you can't assume. You have to have that conversation or somebody's feelings gonna get hurt. Right, So, after you have the conversation, the guy said, well, we're not exclusive. I don't care if we've been going on trips, this and the third then you started dating somebody else, and now it's a shock to him that you're looking for somebody now who's going to give you what you're looking for. Well,
that's what he deserves. I mean, I mean, if you can't, if you can't give up what you need and then then she's gonna go find it, and vice versas, like, yeah, you want to lose it to the better man? Yeah, Like no, I want to want to be you want now that Tony want to be exclusive? Tony just got out all we've got his time and all He's made his time. So yeah, yeah, totally doing Tony that chilling all up. He want to be exclusive and Tony look a little bit better than you. Now you want to fight,
But now you want to fight for the exclusivity. Not good to look. Before we move on to the next segment, let's have a word from our sponsors. Do you have a new single line up? You know, I'm in the studio working. I'm in the studio right now, just working on finishing the album, getting the art work together. Um, putting the final touches to the story and making sure that this bulletproof. I don't want you to be aby skip not one song. Some of the features that I'm
gonna have, I want them to be special. I wanted to make sense. Um. I don't want to get features without it sounding like a mix tape, right. You know? I saw on Charlene the Charlene Instagram is like, you don't know my side of the story. Are we gonna hear Charlene's side. Definitely gonna hear, Like, yeah, I'm about let it all out. I'm not always I'm not always the one. It's not always my fault. It's your fault.
It's always your fault. Dam bam, damn, dam bam. You can just cut it out, hey, j won't you get your people? She had a control half the time. I can't control. I cant up, sweetheart. So yeah, I'm working on finishing that. And uh, I can't wait for you guys to hear. We can't wait for it either. My favorite song, all time favorite is never Love Again, and that would have been my favorite. You know what, that song was so dear to my heart, Like I didn't
even go into the booth to sing that. That's something that right on the outside of the studio where the engineers. Wow, I had Mike there, so that was just I never I was like, I'm not going in there. I need to hear this coming out the speaker as I'm singing it comes. This is how I feel. That's a good song, like I want to hear. Every man needs to hear that. Listen. I sent it to my X last night because I was listening to it. I sent it right on to him so he can get in his feelings. You gonna
sleep like I was even so good over here. Yeah, let's put this on your heart, right you don't get no risk. That's that's black you. You made some of the most beautiful love music and very emotional and passionate. Are you single, are you dating someone? What is your status? I am single. I am single. I've dated. I was married for ten years, amazing woman. We have three, three beautiful children, um almost nine year old and the twins about to be eleven and older. Three boys. But since then,
I've been updated. I've met some amazing women. I've dated some amazing women. But I just wasn't ready. I wasn't ready for that. I'm getting there. I think being alone, um, not only just being alone, but just my personality. I like a lot of space. I like a lot of me time and a lot of it. May not need to be with somebody or be doing anything. I just like to be left alone sometimes, and I think that's
good and a bad. If you get too comfortable with that, then you'll never allow somebody in your space enough to to become become comfortable with that vulnerable. Yeah. So I'm working on me to get to that place where I'd be like, all, you know what, I can see you more than two days back to back for a long time. It's like I can't do it. I can't. Like I'd be like, oh, you're going home, and they could be really good people, but I'm like, I just want to
be left alone relationship. I mean, I know how to cook, clean, I do laundry, so do everything so you don't see yourself being married again or you don't. Of course I will. Yeah, yeah, and I'm gonna do it, do it. I'm gonna do it while I'm still young and tims got I still got that good love taple. You know, look, ain't nothing worse than you know. You want to stop sailing down when you ain't got nothing to give, and that's usually what y'all do. Though, five I'm gonna be on five click.
I'm coming to it with some fat. That's what my mom says. That men don't settle down to their pencil doesn't write anymore. You tell your mama that you need to go go to TV Jake's right now and tell her what you just said. Now, my pens are gonna be right when you're diet is so important to like died and exercise like because you're clogging up that artery. M hm. That thing is food. You know, you gotta
here to make sure it work. Clean your clean, your arteries out, man clean, keep your blood pressure down, and keep just take good. And mentally, you gotta you gotta clear everything out because it ain't done worse than you're trying to think about some bull and then you're trying to have energy to go to that thing and taking it into Yeah, somebody gonna not get that. You're gonna
get it all in the right place. So you have to be good to have a good, well balanced, healthy life and lifestyle and somebody who you really truly attracted to, right yeah, right, that's so important. Like you can't make something work that there's no there's no fitting parts. Finding someone attractive is the easy part. It's like liking them for a long and mean attractive, not just physically. I'm talking about just just everything physical that's physical like that.
You know, eventually you get used to seeing them, So whether they're pretty or not, it doesn't matter because I'm you're used to them, but you still want to feel that they're a beautiful person, you know, just through and through, and you want to always feel like, you know what, no matter if you gain thirty pounds or lose twenty, you're still my sweet tender things and tell your argument shot up, bitch, you don't know. I don't never speak to women like that, no matter how I just I
just don't. I just you can't. You can't take that back. Absolutely. I mean, I've never been one of the abusive to women like that. It's so crazy because I call bitches bitches all the time. But if I hear a man say it, I'm like, yeah, so you're setting the tone. You let them know it's okay. No, no, it's not. That's not okay for you to say. It's kind of like the N word, you know, it's a similar dynamic, like I can say it the N word and t B word. I'm doing it. I'm doing I'm living in
my truth and that we respect that whatever. But when Thomas Earl called you that o're talking to Thomas Earl, I'm talking to nobody named Thomas Earle. Mama, I'm from the country, So Mama, Thomas Earl said, can you come out and can come to the dope for a minute. Toma zero, not there with those shoes all with a convertible read it outfit. I come out here for you your mom, owing the money or something you're gonna pay that money. He's gonna pay with that, honey. I'm in
a buying time, is earl. Now you said you're gonna get my money. Now I'm in a bad time of earl. I need to speak to you. I need that money now, come on, now, I need things toss eally thing. Here's the thing, all right, we're gonna get into that real quick. I know it's off topic, but Jada tore up that ten thousand dollar check after she already worked for it, and I just as the worst part of that movie. It was worse. And her brother didn't killed was worse
than all that. Exactly. I would get killed when the brother got killed. I cried like this. I was like, but when she took when she ripped up that check, I was like, yeah, man, I didn't do that, but I was the price money. Didn't do not until your man, you paid the price for that. Oh my goodness. Well, thank you so much for coming on and talking to you. Good. We love having you. When the album is done, we would love for you to come back. I'm coming back, good, good,
good good coming back. Thank you. You're gonna get a lot of good crab leagus down there. We do blue crabs in Charleston. The blue crab. Yeah, that's a little flattened with the ball. You gotta bust the belly off at all. Yeah. And if you can't eat crabs, you can't pick them yourself. You gotta get the hell away from the crab table. Nobody cleaning crabs. That's why I don't mess with them, because I had a bad experience.
What did that call that little that little part of to not supposed to that that man, man that the boo boo tastes good? Yeah, that ship is good. Well, well, when I'm down, I'm gonna hit you up. I want my blue crab. Come on, man, we can do a crab crack on the porch. Yeah, we can do it. No, I look forward to doing that again, y'all fun? All right, that was fun. We should have asked him to, I know, I about to say we didn't even ask him to thing.
He probably would charge our mother fucking as though. Yeah, I love me too. Yes, he's like at the top of my list a favorite um because such a soulful boys. It's like, yes, based on the song, I feel like there's gonna what he did say, It's gonna be a reply. So I can't wait to hear what Charlene as is gonna say bad. Yes, so maybe how they'll put the
album together. Maybe it's gonna be like all a different little heartbreaks and all this ship that went on with him and Charlene with that eighteen years, staying eighteen years, you're gonna fall in and out of love with hell yeah, hell yeah. I keep trying to tell people, man, being in love is just a state of mind. If you are continuously doing ship to not stay in love, you're gonna fall out of love. It's a real thing. So
every day you gotta do to keep falling. But the crazy part is you can fall out of love with someone and then fall back in love with them. You can. Yeah, that sounds good. And I guess people who be married for like fifty years, they've been in and out love a hundred times. I don't know now, because I'll talk to some people and maybe, like my parents ain't like each other since the nineties, they don't even sleep in
the same room exactly. But maybe that's how companions should changes when you're old, Like it's no longer very intimate, like physically intimate, but the intimacy is in different ways. Man, I want to like my partner forever, because liking and loving is two different things, because you can love somebody I like them, but you can't like someone and I love them. So I just want to be and like what my husband when my man forever, I want to be in both like him and look, I still want
my own bedroom though, and bathroom. These niggas be nasty, maybe have a dodo in their pants. Man, nigger have a T shirt and short You're going to bathroom in the middle of the night behind and they give you want to You're gonna slip and slide. Yeah, he's gonna slip and slide some by the toilet. I just can't take it now. My daddy is a clean man, so I mean I like cleaning. I never had to deal with that for real. Out of a man. I actually was in a relationship, but I don't remember being so
my dad wasn't there as a teenager. But when we were kids, we weren't allowed to go in their bathroom at all, so I wouldn't know it because me all they draw her looking through looking for them, looking for them, Damn pouring tapes they had My mom used to be like, that is not how real people act. Why am I acting like that now? And then I don't understand why he was lying on something that's not That's not how you act, mom, That's how she acted. I really don't
think so. And she got sleeping fat sleeping on Miss Charlene. You're sleeping on miss Charlie. You might have stopped around ninety, but she was doing it. Yeah, yeah, I might have stopped it. My mama had me like thirty one. She probably that. Man, these niggas, don't you know? My mama told me that her mama told me I wasn't into her marriage. Damn, damn, that's the truth for your there. You had to give it to her raw like this that she did me. Girl. But anyway we come back. Oh,
I'm good. I don't but I don't know. My mama loved me. She told me. She was sitting in a borsher clinic though, and one day she didn't got me in the kitchen. She was like, I almost aborted my baby. You was almost Aborceana. How you married getting a bortion? Aborceana? Like that's what you should have named me right now? I would fight her. That's what my name was, I would definitely be changing my damn name. Hold on, let me google. I bet you somebody name Aborceana. Girl. Why
is that so fun? Girl? And the whole song on YouTube by somebody named destiny wit w h E t abortion Ana, I want to play it?
