Episode description

Unrequited love (also known as limerence) is something that most people experience in their lives, so much so that people in Medieval times had a word for it; courtly love. People who struggle with attachment issues experience limerence more often, and more intensely than people with healthy attachments (who are usually more drawn to people who are equally drawn to them). If you’ve dealt with the longing, the daydreaming, the fantasy, the 'irresistible' magnetic pull to someone who doesn’t want you, who can’t be with you, or who is otherwise unavailable, don’t worry, you won't always have to suffer like this -- you can heal it.
