Julie started getting serious into fitness during her second year at college. Bad eating and lifestyle habits added up, and she felt like she had no control in her life and had lost confidence. She signed up for a gym which included a free orientation on how to use the equipment. She at first saw results (and stopped wearing sweatpants everyday), but that only lasted so long. After graduating, she continued the same program, but wasn’t seeing results anymore. Frustrated and now busy with a full time job and living on her own, she wanted better for herself. This is where Julie took the plunge and hired a Personal Trainer.
