I'm coming to your life from Los Angeles, California. And my what you called right now this is my bedroom closet, but in my mind this is my Mufti million dollar studio. I'm getting worked up before I even get to what I gotta talk, so anywhere the spirit thing came over me Deremiah is not here, and I said, I gotta jump in this clause and I gotta speak. Well, I recently just put up this quote. It's entitled or it isn't entitled. It goes as such, Universe, if I'm ever

chasing the wrong things, realign me. And then what I highlighted and yellow universe align me. Now, I don't know if you follow me on social media, and if you're not, I'm telling you need to get to it right now at dawn Day Speaks. Okay, that's where I'm giving you all the extra vitamin the outside of this podcast right here. But in the caption, I said, God, if it ain't for me, let it fall by the wayside. Life is too short to be wasting time you can't get back.

Do you understand that time is your most precious corn. Once it's spent, it's gone. In fact, i'd like to say that's probably how I started with Vitamin D, Vinie mcde Now, I used to say it start underneath the comforter, but the concept of it Vitamin D started when I worked at this company called Music Choice located us that thirty fourth and eighth happening in New York and there were a group of girls. We used to get together

and we used to chit chat. And our chit chat, I would have to review videos because I worked in the video on demand party department, So you know how you got the ratings. I wasn't want to make sure the ratings are okay. I had to make sure that the name was spelled correctly and making sure the ratings were okay. I had to review the video. No middle fingers as they're cussing, are there un at its? I

mean errors, anything that's wrong. So I had to go down to another cubical down it was Glory and Danielle, and that was our moment, the chit chat. And you know, don't if you've ever met me in person, if you probably even ran across me and listened to me long enough, the first thing I'm gonna ask you, what's a vision you got for your life? What do you want? What do you see yourself? Because I think it's so important. And I know I said see yourself, but even the vision,

because the vision is beyond what's right now. And so that's why I told you. You You know I'm in this clause and this is really my multi million dollar studio yo, okay, and amnut. I'm gonna be on my yacht telling you what I'm doing in my multimillion dollar student yo. And if you're my friend, you already now what I'm talking about because John Day gonna get her yet. But anyway, let's get to what I'm saying. And so those are

the girls I started with. And so because I was all about speaking life and positivity, I had this thing where I was like, y'all, every time that you know you do something great for yourself, I have to follow your dreams working on anything that's for yourself. I gave them a dollar bill and on the back they had to write and I say, give it to me. So that was like how we were depositing into our life bank account. Because you know what, I'm always known as

the life bank account expert. Hence that's why I say you are your greatest assets. And when you think about an account, you think about the assets. Why don't give a ding on what account you're looking at. Understand that you are your greatest asset because without you there is nothing. I love somebody. So anyway, we did this for like a month long process. What I ended up doing is

I ended up matching. However many dollars they put in, I gave them cash because I think that's when we understand and we realize how valuable our life is, hence how valuable our time is. So when you are not walking in alignment, you gotta ask God to get you back, universe or whatever you call it, because once time is spent, you can't get it back. And that's why you gotta realize how valuable you are. So that's what I came in here to talk about about not short changing yourself.

So okay, without further ado, it's time for your toes a vitamin D, get your vitaminy right with me and get excited about you. I'm at you, and who is this doing. I don't know. Maybe that's a different thing when I'm in the closet, but I'm gonna bring this in my studio because I can't sell you how often I've spoken into existence, but I've been having these moments of whatever this thing is, well, I know, I gotta just get up and talk. I just gotta get it out.

The other day, Jeremiah came over because usually we record in the studio on our interviews are taking place on Monday's right, and then Wednesdays it's kind of like our in house, if you are checking out the quick doses and all that good stuff. And I told him, I said, a word came over me. I said, even in the moment, it was therapeutic, and it was for me. And I was like, I couldn't hold back. Perhaps I didn't have the sense to go on a clause like I'm doing

right now. But I stood there and I said, even though I'm speaking where I am, even though I'm not there yet, did you catch what I'm saying. So I was in front of I don't know if it's my church. Um, I don't know if if if it's a colosseum and it's a speaking engagement. But almost I was on stage and I didn't It wasn't even you know, it's this feeling.

And that's why I think you know the vibe energy, whatever you feel, you gotta trust it because God has giving you the glimpses to your wildest imaginations and if you open yourself enough, you can feel it. So I couldn't see anybody, but I knew that I was standing in front of people and and and and just talking about how I'm here, but I'm not here. So when when I can see it with my eyes, I'm gonna tell them why your guy has speak over you because I was fear even though I'm here. Getch it, I

was there even though I'm here. So I guess I say to you, I had to get in here because I want to talk about this alignment process and understanding how you are non negotiable. Okay, see, I don't know, dog, why do I always gotta keep crying when I get up in here? And it's like, if I ain't yelling at you in excitement, I've been crying it. You know that's probably the ari's part. You know, the whole idea. We just feel and you're gonna feel it and then you know. So, Um, it's time for you to realize

that you are non negotiable. And that's what your dreams and your aspirations. Um, these things are non negotiable, what you stand for because time is precious, and you know you asked God to grow you, ask God to show you what it is you want. God shows you and at times it comes in the moment of a whisper, but you don't listen. He says, I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope in

a future. Now, if God it's promising you all of that greatness, huh, why are you acting like you are a negotiable asset mebe? You aren't worth you while the dreams. You aren't worth the love that you desire. You're not worth working after whatever it is to make you better. You're not worth being uncomfortable. You're not worth seeing yourself. You're not worth getting beautiful for yourself. You're not worth relaxing if you're not worth saying no, you're not worth

being who you are? Why if that when you got a promise? Let me say something to you now, if you listen to I'm sure at some point you may have turned an application for a job or went on an interview. I'm just saying, you know, unless your little kid, and if you're listening, hey, salute to you. You you've got greatness over your life to be all up in this and and and and carry it on. But that

means that you've applied for something. Now, touch this? How is it that, um, we have more confidence when we're applying for a job with some name, a number, and an email of an individual that may have known us but for a finite amount of time. And God said

that I knew you before I formed you. Huh, you don't have to do any explanation or you don't have to break anything down, because I know you from your hair follicle through your toes, he says, for I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, Prince, to give you a hope in the future. Now, when you apply for this job, you put your all in. Heck, you might even you're looking at this new car, you own, this house, you

dream about this vacation. You just think about the benefits off of this name right here, somebody knowing you three or five years. And on the other hand, you got God to put a promise on your life. Hey, when you look at his records in the types of works, he's responsible for the CEO, who's the Ceoh, the joy in the day, the dawning and the morning, and has asked you to realize the value with the problems of your life. But yet you stand than the place where

you're now negotiable. Why because you haven't understood and walked in your authority and understanding the value of who you are. Well, what do you mean by that? Don't? I'm glad you asked. What I mean by that is not walking in alignment of what what you deserve. See you say you want one thing, won't if it's not showing up as what you want. And what I mean by that it isn't fulfilling you. What I mean by that is not the

process because it's hard. It's that there's no progression in the betterment of you, yet you waste your time with it. That's the job that's wearing you low. But you know you haven't decided to put the effort to to work behind your dreams. That's this little bull you're messing with that say they want one thing to give you another

are basically their words not aligning with their actions. But you know, ain't none like just getting that call you higher your highest lip bumping you like, oh my god? Has that a text for them? Um? Or is that perhaps you you know dang al well, you need to stop eating there, but you want to get one more bike because it takes real good our God, dog, somebody that stretch your nerves out, and now you need to get you a cigarette. You know what, I'm gona just

get a drink real quick and relaxed. What is it for you? I'm not judging. We all gotta think, Hey, you need you need, you need some booty real quick, whatever it is. But when I'm saying, when you start to compromise who you are, not standing in your authority, how can that promise be fulfilled that God put over your life. Don't you think you deserve it? Don't you know that you are worth it? Don't you know that you are going to die? And all you gotta do

is choose? You know? I constantly asked, I say, well, what do you want? Huh? What do you want for your health? Well, if you got somebody, our energy, a vibe that EANs on EANs have said, I got plans to prosper you, to give you a hope in the future. I'm gonna comfort you. I am your rod, I am your staff. Peace be still speak it over your life. But you refuse to trust that word. But remember that resume,

remember our recommendation, remember our reference. You trust that more than the promise upon EANs that goes by many names. What's up with that. I just feel like we gotta get to a point to realize that we are non negotiable. Because you reserve it, you are worth it. Okay, stop falling for the hokey dokey yo. Huh, you got promise over your life. Yo. Your best days are before you yo. I'm saying that because I gotta do what's right to feel good. You know this here for me is really

a big deal. I'm thirty five. I said it, God, dog, and I said it. You know how social media is. If you wanted to hide your at the age anyway, you couldn't. It's the class graduation. Oh we did this to gather whole dawn. You remember back in empteen years ago, so you really get it anyway. I say that because my mother she had me at thirty five, mm hmm, and my mama died at twenty five. So I'm not saying that TikTok is only twenty five years. I just look at things a little different, and I know what

I want. I know what I deserved because here's the thing. God puts the vision and a promise all over our life. But just like he says, faith about works is dead. So when God speaks, so you don't listen when you're just throwing it away. But I'm just asking you to catch it. You know, you may hear me I say

that randomly on the podcast. You might, you know, check me out saying I'm on a social media because I'm saying catch it because sometimes we're moving so fast we miss things, and I'm like, catch it, catch it because after time, we're so used to just letting things pass by. So catch it with God, God for you. And you do that by knowing you and what you deserve. You're none negotiational. You deserve the best life, and that best life isn't a quick fix. That best life makes you

feel good. That best life lets you know that you're valuable. That best life lets you know that you're worth it. You're worthy of that house, that card, that relationship, that peace, that abundance. Huh. You're worthy of greatness, of hope, desirability of comfort, You're worthy of love. But hey, if you don't love yourself and realize the things that you should not be standing for because you're realizing you're just falling for anything, how can you catch it? Huh? Stop denying

yourself of your best life. Stop denying yourself of your abundance. It's time to get up. It's time to raise yourself. You know, I was watching on this video on YouTube, your old Steve. He said, we said the blessing up or call it blessings, but basically, you gotta speak blessings over your life. You gotta speak it. You cannot entertain the ideal of a not possible or not a maybe. That's what I'm saying. Your dreams, your aspirations, your love

or what you want is non negotiable. No, I don't have time to waste on something that is not desirable of me, that is not in the betterment of me. That's something that does not serve me. I don't have time. It doesn't deserve me. I don't have time. It doesn't deserve me. You don't have time, It doesn't deserve you. If we don't have time, it doesn't deserve us. The hangers all hit me in the closet, you and I

told you, I'm in the closet for real. But it's really my multimillion dollar studio that I mna have in my place now, whether it's gonna be in Palos very days or Santa Barbara. But it's also be on my yard. You know what I'm saying, the multimillion dollar that's the kind of income it's gonna bring in. You know what I'm saying. It's gonna be state of the art, it's gonna be all that and more. But I say that to say, speak it over your life, what you wanted

you to serve? Okay, walk in your authority. Understand that you are worth it. Stop being the doormacked, stop being an option, and be be the desirable outcome of your life or what you want, and that's what you deserve. And sometimes that's just taking the time to see it, to see yourself and to see what's going on around you. Catch it because I wasting your time. All fulshes it. Sometimes it's not even like that the situation is coming to attack you. It's not even that the person is

coming to attack you. Sometimes it's just not right for you or you're not right for it, so therefore it becomes toxic. That's why you can't be unnegotiable because if it doesn't serve you, it doesn't deserve you. Something not serving you is that thing that doesn't feel good. Something not serving you is when you feel exhausted and drained, whether than being filled up. Something not serving you is when you feel depleted, something not serving you, if it's

making you angry. Things that serve you give you joy, gives you peace, it gives you excitement, it gives you a reason. And see, sometimes we get caught up and understanding the process of why we gotta do the work. See the process of why we gotta do the work and going after what it is we want to you can understand how valuable it is. And if there's a joy in the process, that's where the joy is because we're living in the moment. But if it's not giving

you joy, what are you doing? You're non negotiable? All right, I'm out? Um So, Jeremiah, I hope I did you clean? I know I went off the rails on this when I didn't leave it down.
