A lot of us are familiar with work ethic, but

have you ever thought about worth ethic. I was listening to this track by Tony Jones and she has a track entitled worth ethic and it's more of a spoken word track where she lists affirmations about self worth, and immediately I thought of vitamin D because in each and every episode stating how you are your greatest asset, because when we talk about our life bank account, it is us that's the greatest asset, because anything attached to us before by the wayside if we aren't right with ourselves.

So here are a few of the affirmations that stood out to me. I'm unapologetic about my priorities. What's important to you? What's your focus in life? Oftentimes you have to teach people how to treat you, but if you don't know how to treat yourself, what do they have to reference? What does your worth ethic look like? She continues on, I commit to my non negotiables. If you don't stand for anything, you'll fall for everything. Again, what

does your worth ethic look like? She continues on, I allow myself to be still and listen to divine guidance, to give myself permission to be loyal to my intuition. Peace, Be still. Are you taking time with yourself? Are you getting to know yourself? Are you following the truth within yourself? Again?
