Speaker 2

What are you holding on to? Is a fear? Is a regret, depression, anxiety, a failed relationship, or perhaps any failed circumstance. If it isn't serving in the betterment of you, why are you still allowing it to take up capacity in your life? Because if it doesn't serve you, then it doesn't deserve you. There's power in letting go. In fact, I was listening to the track by Dwayne Woods entitled let Go, and in it, he says, as soon as I stop worrying worrying how the story ends, I let

go and I let God. Let God have his way. God promised exceedingly and abundantly, far more than what you could ever imagine. So why on earth would you want to have anything less than that? Duanne continues on to say, I have to realize that it's not my battle, not my battle to fight. I have to know if I put it in your hands, everything will be all right. Well, one thing we know for sure. If it's not all right, it's not over. And if it's not over, it's not

all right. It's time to let go. All right, That's it. For your dose a vitamin D. Be sure to follow us on all social media. ACT Vitamin D Doing day and until next time, Always remember you are your greatest SATs ACT
