Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to your peace of mind. No worries, no fears and no stress. It’s not a matter of them taking a hold on your life; it’s a matter of you holding on to them with your life. Did you catch that? Havoc is conjured by what’s going on in the inside. It’s the stories that we create in our mind about ourselves, about other people and about the situations we are involved in. It’s so easy to become a prisoner to our own thoughts, but I’m here to tell you it’s time to break free.

When it comes to life there will ALWAYS be something. The key is accepting whatever it is for exactly what it is and then immediately releasing it so that you can move on. For example, are you having trouble with your weight? Accept the fact that you have to lose a few pounds and then let go of any negative thoughts surrounding it by eating healthier and start exercising. That’s the formula for overcoming any situation, any obstacle and any person that doesn’t belong in your life. Accept it for what it is, and then take the necessary steps to change it.

Just how pop songstress, Ariana Grande belts in her hit single, “Break Free” that she wants to release herself from the chaos in her life. I want you to do exactly the same. Get out of your own head and remind yourself that, “this is the part when I say I don't want [it]. I'm stronger than I've been before. This is the part when I break free, because I can't resist it no more.”
