Episode description

Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to you declaring, “I got the juice.” Now there isn’t exactly a definition of what the “juice” is, but I like to think of it as your power, your potential, your dopeness! And ain’t nobody got what you got. Can’t nobody do what it is that you do, when you do what you do, you feel me? So affirm that! You know, I’m a firm believer of speaking life and speaking life over your life and I need you to know that you got the juice.

Janelle Monae, she has this track feat. Pharrell called, “I Got The Juice.” and in it, she sings, “you're so damn electric, you know you got that juice, ain't no one fresher than you” and I need you to catch that too. You dope as hell…just the way you are! Now, the only requirement is that you be brave enough to show up as you, unapologetically and stop looking and checking what everybody else is doing because there is only one of you. And when you’re running your race, there can only be one winner…and that's you. “You’re number one and don’t you doubt it.” So the next time you get in the mirror, I need you to look at the reflection looking back at you and say, “I got the juice!” Now get out there and shine & be the star you were destined to be.

That’s it for your dose of "Vitamin D," be sure to follow me on all social media @DawnDaiSpeaks & until next time always remember, "you are your greatest asset."
