Get your right in many right with me. I get excited life. You know we're here for a good time, not a long time, so we have to make account. And making account looks like you're living your authentic life. It means you shone up on full rather than on empty. What it looks like is you being unapologetically you and loving yourself unconditionally, and that includes taking a chance. When was the last time you took a chance on yourself?
When was the last time that you decided to boldly stand who you are, where you are from where you are right now. Oftentimes we live in this moment of anxiousness, where we reside in the playing field of anxiety trying to figure out how and what tomorrow may bring. Or perhaps we're living in depression thinking about what we should have done, could have done, or would have done better. I'm reminded from a friend soon to be friend, because
you meet people and you connect with their spirit. Her name is Lacy, and we've discussed how life can appear to be everything everywhere, all at once, and she sat on what I learned in times of just like that, I'm reminded to just look down, looking down at my feet and realizing this is the most important place that I can be. So with that being said, so grace with yourself, and as long as you walk authentically, you'll know that you did it your wife. In fact, it
reminds me of the track by Frank Sinatra. My wife, he says. And now the end is here, and so I faced that final curtain. My friend. I'll make it clear. I'll state my case of which I'm certain I lived a life that's full. Are you living your life on full? Are you living it on empty? Now? The only way is to ensure that is that you ensure that you do it your way, live your life on purpose for you, because we're here for a good time, not a long time. So let's make a count so you can declare that
you did it my way. All right, that's it for your thoughts to Vitamin D. Be sure to follow us on all social media. Act Vitamin D Dawn Day and until next time, always remember you are your greatedest eyes at
