Get your vitamin D right with me and get excited about Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. You are tuned into the Vitamin D Podcast and I'm your host on day here to get you excited about your life so that you can live life on purpose and for a purpose. Now, if this is your first time tuning in, welcome and thank you for deciding to invest in your greatest asset, which is you. See, that's what we talk about on Vitamin D Podcast. Vitamin D is a pun off of

my name. You know how you get vitamin D from the sun, right, Well, my name is Dawn and I'm here to shed light in your life. Now, let me be clear. When it comes down to vitamin D and shedding light, that means it's going to go over and the good and the bad. Because when we talk about living our best lives, when we talk about being our best selves, we have to be able to see it. And that's going to be the things that are good and the things that are not so good. But guess what,

they all make a part of who we are. And if you want to be better and you want to do better, you gotta be able to see better. They say, the greater the vision, the greater the reward. What is the vision that you have for your life? Vitamin D is to put all that in perspective, and I do that with lyrics from popular songs and inspirational conversations from some of your favorite celebrities and everyday people like you

and me. Vitamin D is a dream of mine. I came to me what over a decade now and here we are. Here, we are on every podcast platform. Soon I'm gonna be on your TV screen. So when you go see me everywhere, well, I'm coming to you because today is my birthday. Happy Birthday, Dawn. Well, I'm actually um recording this Thursday. It's Thursday. It's three forty four a YM Pacific standard time. But by the time you hand it is it's my birthday. It's my birthday. Heavy birthday.

I guess I'm getting so emotional because talking about Vitamin D and my birthday. You know, it's just been about a year, UM since I got the news that Vitamin D was gonna be on all of these audio platforms. It was around this time, a year ago, UM, that I found out I had opportunity to have a weekend segment on the Steve Harvey Morning Show, so you can catch me on Saturdays. I got a segment entitled what's happening Now? It happens in a nine o'clock hours, so

you gotta just be tuned into the radio about nine twenty. Yeah, get there, nine twenty. I think it might go on a nine when if I would get there and nine tause you need to be early because you came in said I got four minutes. Okay, four minutes that I probably spent a nineteen twenty years of my life for. But I guess I'm just getting emotional because you know, it's a as a birth of evolution around the sun,

three hundred and sixty five days. You know a lot can be done in three hundred and sixty five days. And while we look for these dates that you know when we actually enter the earth, you gotta understand every day it's a new day, and every new dawn is a new day. Did you did what I did? There? And therefore every day should be celebrated because you're worthy. And if that's anything that I want people to get

from this Vitamin dep podcast is that you're worthy. See Vitamin D is a gift for me, is a gift to my dreams. It's a gift of just me doing what I'm supposed to do. I'm supposed to inspire people. That's what I gotta do. It's my purpose, it's in me. It's what I do when I don't even know that I'm doing it, you know. And here's the thing that I found personally for myself, is that your dream and your gift that you have right, perhaps it's a gift

because essentially you are to present it to other people. Well, my gift is my voice, My gift is my energy. My gift is my choice to inspire people. And the beautiful thing about gifts is that they keep on giving in show enough, they end up giving back to you. What hello somebody. Um. So that's what's so special about vitamin D because it's been a gift back to me. I'm just sitting here just reflecting on this year, what I've learned, what's to come this past year. I've learned

so much about Dawn. You know. I've always prided myself and being a confident person and walking in my truth, walking in my light, being able to understand and it definally choose down. But you know, I'm human. We're all our spiritual beings having a human experience and not that is bad because I'm grateful for everything that I've experienced

and abdored and um overcame. But you know, in this process and it's something that we should go throughout every day of just seeing self how um, certain people I had to let go, some people I didn't want to let go, but did um situations that probably didn't serve me because it's not for the betterment, even though I may enjoy it or I want to do it, it's just not for me. And I think that's one of the things of realizing as you get older, as you

spend time on earth, about how precious time is. And really I meant to an understanding that if it doesn't serve you, what doesn't deserve you. I'm serving Dawn on a platter this year, Eat me up, Me me up. I'm just being more unapologetic about what I want because I know what I deserve for Dawn and dreams for Dawn, and it's what your dreams you have for you, um, and let that dream just about being happy and doing

your purpose and saying yes to yourself. You know you've heard me saying before, but That's one of the things that I'm so grateful for about the ground links that the whole notion of instilling in me, and it goes along every improv school or case of study, so to speak of this whole yes and moment. I talked about it before, but just saying yes to yourself and having the ability to put an end for more and that's what it is. That's that's what that's what this birthday

is for me. It's a more thing. It's about abundance. It's about yes, Dawn, what do you want for more? And I've celebrated down because I'm seeing down in a three sixty five you. And let me just say this. I mentioned about losing people. I should have said releasing, because oftentimes you you lose something to find um releasing and along with uh, just doing Dawn. Doing Dawn comes out. I lost over fifty pounds and probably even more because

you know how like fat turns into muscle. But I'm looking good out here, if I may say so myself. Don't believe me, go check me out. You can um all of my social media acts Dawn day speaks, but you can get it real quick by checking out my Instagram account, I posted a picture of how it started and how it's going, and you can see some more pictures and videos. And it's because I said, Yester Dawn, uh huh. And that's just the physical benefit. I said, Yester Dawn, because if I don't say yes to me,

who is gonna say yes to me? So I'm gonna put the post that to you. You're gonna have to start saying yes to yourself and not only waiting to the day of your birth to do that, because like I said, every day above ground is a new day, and if it's a new day, shoot, it should be a born day. You got new suns, you got a new outlook, a little of viewing things, and a shame

on you if you keep looking back. You know, I posted something up on Steve Harvey FM, because you know, I run all the digital content and the website for the Steve Harvey Morning Show, and I do this a daily post every day. I um, I post up a quote and it's traditionally inspirational. And I used the quote and then I find another quote inside of that. And just because we were talking about saying yes to self and what does that mean about advancing forward with life?

Um and reminds me of something I put up, you know, last week, and it says, worry looks around, regrets look back, faith looks forward, and then the highlighting inside of that look forward. That's what the birth of celebration for me is about what's to come, My God, to see, I've already been who I was for the past I'm teen years of my life or arties, because you know I'm

in the thirties now, I've already seen that. And so I'm only looking for exceedingly and abundantly, and I want that for you too, as you celebrate your life each and every day, understand exceedingly and abundantly, far more than you could ever imagine. That's what we gotta have. The vision, that's what you got to see in the scope for

your life. And so that's what I've charged myself, which is seeing the scope of my life and what it is that I wanted, how I'm gonna get there all Oftentimes, you know, I'm so gonna hold my career because my career has pretty much kept my sanity. I say that because one of the most uh impactful things has had to my life this date, I was losing my mother my mother died from stage four breast cancer. It is the distraction of my dreams and being in love with

somebody that didn't love me. That helped me keep my sanity. I don't regret any of it. Heck, I wouldn't be right here. You wouldn't be talking to Don. You that you listen to right now? Are you talking to me? But I just can't hear you? But one day you're gonna be in my audience. What are you're gonna be an audience? Are you're gonna be listening to me? And I'm a reply because I'm I've been dream making. I'm

in the business and making dreams come true. That's what I'm in don I'm gonna make these dreams come true. But yeah, I wouldn't be right here. And I think

that's the only thing that we have to realize. I know sometimes we look back and maybe not so proud of the things that we've done and things that we said, but we realize is that when there's a new dawn, it's a new day, and all the sum of the culmination of everything that you were and everything who you are right now is because of everything that what was.

But here's the thing, what was. It's not for you to look back at what is for you to build upon, for you to you step in source so that you can reach new heights, so that you can reach new levels. And sometimes reaching new levels is actually going deeper within yourself. M We always think of elevation, I guess, of going higher, right, but how about we just think of it going deeper? Wait a minute. I felt that because it's at the core, right at the core, as the essence of our being.

At the core, that's where identity lies. At the core, it's the fire, the energy that exudes and each and every one of us high. Sometimes we refer to it as an energy and a light, but it's no difference from the earth. Right at the core, it's fiery, but it's the energy source that makes it possible. So go down to the core this year. Huh. You know another reason I guess I got so emotional just thinking of my birthday is that so many people are dying, so

many people. You know, um, Dante right, Just last week, the young lady name Jarren I believe her name is Jarn Taylor from the Baldwin Hills Show, thirty years old. Dante was twenty and I know people die each and every day, but I don't think everybody lives. And I think sometimes, you know, just living just means being able to feel something, giving yourself permission to be That's what

we gotta do more. We need to give ourselves more permission to just be, to be great, to be amazing, to be happy, to be a sad, to be worth it, to be heard, to just be you. I said it before in another episode, that the goal is to be you, and that how you can't even spell you without saying you, why, oh you? You see. I don't even think it's some funny coincidence that it's a It's a like a looks like a horseshoe, come like a loop. It starts at one end to come right back around, to come right

back up. I guess if you look at it, you start at one point in your life. You gotta go down deep to rise back up. And you know, looking at all these deaths, that's why I'm like, yo, whatever situation that you're in, know that you can rise back up from it. Whatever situation you're in, know that you're worth it to overcome it. You know, they say, like the richest place in the world is a cemetery. A lot of people die with their dreams, a lot of

people die with aspiration, with love in their heart. A lot of people die with a voice that was never heard. And it doesn't always have to be career oriented. It's just about being rich and yourself. So many people die by not just being who there are. Yeah, we And it's so interesting because we celebrate this whole notion of a born day. Yet I think society and life in the world will train us to avoid everything about the thing that makes the special of being born exactly who

we are. Imagine that. Imagine coming out in the world, being born, then existing all the way into your adult years of just loving who you are and edifying that. And then because you're being an example, you give other people permission to be who they are, and we just start edifying light. How amazing is that? Yes, these revelations that come about when I think of my birthday and in the celebration of that. Have you ever heard of, like, um, life path numbers? Are you into that? Horoscopes are an

into that? Anything mystical around that realm? Are you into it? Let me just say I said it before I said again, Um, I don't subscribe to Christianity, but I believe in God, my God, who I believe in and who I've subscribed to embrace us all. You know, there's not one path to him her being, you know, there's many. Now I often will refer to God as he, but God is so much bigger than a sex. And I think it's

just so interesting that I feel. And this is my qualm or quarrel I have with religion, but just my stance and how I view it is that religion is so bold and arrogant to me to think that you can define God. If I could sit down and talk to religion, I would say, who do you think that you are? And for me, religion has a lot of egoism behind it because man oed it simple as that. But I appreciate it because we can't lose um the idea.

I guess of the conduct of the message, but we have to be mindful of the messenger, but never negate the message. And how we have to keep in mind that there are so many ways to interpret the message. But the essence, the essence that can go across many tongues in different books and different religious and different you know, just moments of religiousness and and beliefs and deities as the principality who God is, It's all the same, at

least in my eyes. And I say that because it's all about just loving and having a deep sense of self. And we hear it oftentimes that God says, I reside in each of every one of us, and we're made in the image of likeness. So who how can we be denied who we are made of? Mm hmm. I think the only denial comes when you don't uh accept or embrace yourself. And that's why I just think that it's on time of just celebrating my birthday today because I'm learning more to embrace on and it's baby steps.

I'm coming aways and it feels good and it's so scary. It's so scary. In fact, I posted of this video again last week on Steve Harvey FM. You can check it out on Facebook, um, Instagram, and Twitter. But I posted this man and it looks like he's on some type of rope bridge with wood planks. Now he has a harness on him, but he's trying to cross. And this man is you can tell he is scared for his life, like he is crouching down and that she's shaking.

The bridge is shaking, and he's crawling on his knees and he's reaching in there as this gentleman there's about four or five planks for him to I guess, get on the other side. So we see this gentleman reach out to him and he grabs the gentleman's hand and he's grabbing the arms and he's literally crying. I mean, look, the man is probably were crying, screaming UM for support to help get across. And Man, I guess I think of it like UM having the faith in God because

it's it's it's no difference. You know, we use these this one day each year, and not everybody, but many people use it one day that they enter this physical realm to celebrate life and to honor who they are. And UM realizing that in this journey called life of these experience in these ebbs and flows, that comes upoint where you gotta trust God. And if God is made and we are made in the image and likeness of God,

he resides in each and every one of us. That also means in trusting yourself, Hey, you're gonna have to learn how to trust yourself some more. And that comes down to spending time with itself. See I talk about it all the time, how you are your greatest asset. Well, if you are your greatest asset, what do you do with things that you're usually value? You spend time with them. You treat them with care, You nurture them, um, you hold them dear and near and close to your heart

because they need that much to you. So again I ask you, how much do you mean to yourself? Now? Oftentimes you know some people will go ahead and talk about their careers. They're excited about their family, a loved one, an opportunity, um, a car, house, a jewelry, some money. But like India already says, it's time to get to the heart of the matter, and that's you. And it's

celebrating the God inside of you. It's celebrating the the notion of understanding to trust yourself and acknowledging that it's time if you aren't already to love yourself. If we talk about living our best life and we use this special day that we get only once a year to celebrate who we are, do you understand and why it's so important to love on yourself and truly, you know, think about what it means to love and in fact,

I'm about to google it right now. Love. Hold on, give me a second love definition, because I think we use it so loosely at times without really understanding the context of its weight. And it says right here, the definition of love is an intense feeling of deep affection, a great interest and pleasure in something mm hmm, to like or enjoy very much. Oh yo. If anything you get from listening to this, if anything, is that you

better love on yourself, I say it off. And how you do anything is how you do everything, So how you treat yourself heck, we're gonna say it in every aspect of your life physically with your body, mental link with how you treat your mind or treat your mind with yourself, and I understand there are certain situations that are certain circumstances that people are put in. But if you can't choose, choose to think holly of yourself, choose

to think the best of your life. You know, it also is gonna depends on how you spend your time with your family, how you spend time with making your money, what you decide to put on your body, Huh. What is the reflection are you saying? Is it saying love? Is it like that a god they love? Are you familiar with the term of god? Peck Well, God is wide open. It's especially with surprise and wonder. It's so ginormous, yo,

as how much you gotta love yourself. You gotta love yourself so much that they just illuminates to everybody and it gets so much to the point where, um, you inspire other people to love on themselves. That's all we celebrate birth right, That's how I'm celebrating Dawn. That's how I'm honoring Dawn. And I realized that the best way that I can honor and love on Dawn is to see Dawn. I truly see Dawn. Spend time with Dawn and say yes and to Dawn to the possibilities of

what's possible. You know. I think sometimes it's so interesting how we can get caught up and saying yes to others and what essentially says no to ourselves rather than the reverse. Sometimes we need to allow our know the others to say yes to ourselves. Yes, I'm gonna spend some extra time with myself. Yes, I'm going to get up and work out. Yes, I'm gonna meditate, Yes, I'm

gonna go to counseling, Yes, gonna start this business. Yes, I'm gonna do my hair, Yes, come on to take a shower, Yes, yes, yes, and then yes some more. M m. That's what I'm doing in as we celebrate Dawn on this birthday, because I got dreams, dreams of my career, dreams of what my family dreams and what my physical self. Mm hmmm, I'm not done yet. It ain't over. It ain't over. That reminds me of that Kirk frequent track. Um, what was it? It wasn't a smile?

Stump it ain't over and just stump stumping your greatness. Yeah, that's what I'm doing. And that's what I hope that you're doing. You know, I really hope that because you know, if you you think about it, we are going to die one day, as crazy as scary as it may see, you know, that's the fact that the matter. We're gonna die, God dog. And if you ain't loving on yourself and staying true to yourself, what are you're waiting for? You know?

I guess I guess so emotional because I just want to be intentional with living my life, seizing every moment. I got emotional because it's so interesting that when you look at track right then on the field and they line up, I did track, I did um, I did shot put. In discuss be on that track field, you see these runners. They gotta finish line and they put they all into it. They get on their mark, they get ready and they go, ain't no halt, ain't no

wait a second, ain't nonna give me five seconds. When it's time to go, they go it and they go full speed and they get to the footage line. Now here's the thing that's interesting. When they get to the finish line, they don't slow down and stop the you run straight through. I think it's something to be said about that, because, um, the finish line is no different from the day that has been assigned for us to

exit this earth. I don't want you to be this person that stops holts ask where extra five minutes when it's time to get to your finish line, because whether or not you want to move consciously, you're moving towards your finish line. Now, what's going to be said about the time spent in the finish line? Because if you've noticed. That's something amazing too about the race. The race is nothing different from the journey of life. On your mark,

get sacked, go what happens? You know, you can't always say that you're going to start in the beginning or be the first to lead the pack. You don't know what type of hurdle you're gonna have to jump over. You don't even know if you're gonna fall, if you're gonna slip. But all you know is that you're in this lane right and there's so many people on your left in your right that are running through and they're

focused on theirs. You gotta be focused on every obstacle that can be coming in front of you and every opportunity, and to be sure that you're not just stopping right before you gotta run through it. I've seen even some runners they throw their neck out there, they jump and they throw their entire body, and it's that wind with a fingertip, with the nose, with the breast, with just the extension. What are you going to be extension to

your best life? If you know that there is a finished line ahead of you, what are you doing to get there? And if you're not doing it? Why why Why don't you love yourself to know that you're worth it? Why don't you love your sense to know that you're worth taking a chance on? Why are you so comfortable

with being uncomfortable and mediocrity? Because I want you to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, But there is something to be said about a comfort that's actually uncomfortable for who you are in your growth, that you are staying comfortable in. Because yes, I do want you to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, but not at the expense of you living your best life. Not at the expense of you making

all your wildest dreams come true. Not at the expense that you can expire A young boy, a young girl he she They them home. Ever, however you identify to live their best life. Could you imagine if the sun was selfish with its purpose to shine light? If it was so selfish and said, I want to keep all my greatness, all my light to myself. Do you know that we wouldn't even be existing here because your day on show wouldn't have no vitamin D. Hey you see

what I did there? But no, really, when we think about um, how the earth is energized by the sun. I mean down to the plants, the fertilization. The photo said this is Heck, we wouldn't even have oxygen. But I don't think the sun is ever concerned with um not having enough light, shutting too much light. Heck, it just exists because it knows what it's designing to do. And it's no different from what I'm asking for you

and everyone else, is to shine in your light. Do what you are destined to do, and not because what somebody else told you what you should be doing. And you need to walk confidently in it because it came to you. You need to walk confidently in it because you love yourself. And if you don't know if you love yourself, just yet, what did I say? It time for you to go deeper because if if you think that you're gonna try to run, wait where you gonna go? Where you gonna go? Boo? Hey? You you know how

they're like, who go check people? Well, I'm gonna tell you what's gonna be you Because you're gonna keep running, You're gonna keep trying to escape, and you're gonna find yourself in the room with just you. Ain't no escaping this until you hit the finish line and when you hit the finished line is over. So why not do just do with the time that you got right now, focusing on your lane and shining your light and doing so that you can edify each other and other people.

You think about it, guy says, you know, we're made in the image of likeness. We are a reflection of that, right, So think about it. In the aspect of the sun. What will happened if the light was shining on you and you put up a mirror. He you can direct that life to someone else. Huh, Well, I think you ought to do the same with yourself and every aspect of your life. Loving on you allows you to be reflection on your career, your dreams, your gifts, people in

your life, your voice over that's me. Hey, Being on SNL, that's me. Hey, having a place off the beach, Hey, having a family, having children, that's me. Hey. Oh, that's what it could be. That's what I want for you, for me and everybody is to be free and loving who you are. Happy birthday, Dared. Now, it may not be your actual birthdate, but it's still your birthday because it's time for you to be born into a new person. I'm not saying there's anything wrong but to doing something new.

They say joy comes in the morning and they say God is here to do a new thing, do a new thing with yourself by staying true to the old thing. That's you See, that's one of the gifts that you should treasure. Right. We have this thing like treasure because of how old it is, how sacred it is, and the rarity. Why can't you see the treasure and yourself? And if you are, congratulations, you got the key. As DJ Calab would say, another one. Listen, listen to me.

That's the gift and the treasure that's inside of you. Now. I need you to be bold enough to share with the war. Share your light. I'm sharing mind. Heck, that's why you're here right. Thank you, Share your light and be a reflection. I know that it's enough for a ford to go around for everybody. We would be in a sad, sad state if the sun felt like it

had to be selfish with itself. M hmm. Don't be selfish with your dreams and your gifts celebrated just like you celebrate your life and you want people around you. And sometimes it's celebrating in yourself. I don't know exactly what I'm gonna be doing by the time you listen to this on a Monday, but I hope it's amazing. Well, I know what's gonna be amazing. Oh, because that's what God promised me. He said in all that ways be true,

and that's what I'm gonna do. And I'm gonna stand on the promise of expecting exceedingly and abundantly far more than I can ever imagine. I don't know what is up next for me and this year, but I'm telling you how I'm about to blow everybody's mind. He's about to be crazy because I'm claiming it. And if I can speak life over my life, you better watch that happened. I can't even tell you what about that happened just yet,

but it's about to be crazy. Buck up. If you don't believe in yourself, that's all right, watch me believe in me. I'm in the dreams making true on a business. I serve it all time. God. I serve a God that's making knee impossible possible. And I do that by honoring myself. Hey, happy birthday, Dawn. Can you do me a favor as a gift to me. Can you look into marry and say I love you and then say you are worth it? And then right before you walk away, I want you to say, I make myself what I am.

I learned that quote when I was in eighth grade. Shout out to my teacher, Miss and Net Karma. Miss Karma, she told us about that quote. She says, I make myself what I am, and for years I stood by that quote. That's why you hear me right now on the Vitamin D podcast available wherever you get your favorite podcast. That's why you hear me on the Steve Harvey Morning Show talking about what's happening? Can I tell you something about that right there? Don't you be afraid to dream?

The Steve Harvey Mornings Show. It's on one hundred and plus markets. Prior to Dawn Day, Ben on the Steve Harvey Morning Show weekend segment on Saturdays for What's Happening. I never been on the FM airways, but God, you see why I gotta have faith and why I take a chance on Dawn because consistently, over and over and over again, God has shown me that I'm possible. I had article written, was it? Uh? I had a two thousand twelve or twenty eleven with the New York Times

and instead a voice for radio with Oprah's ambition. I'm gonna be picketing Oprah and ever do it because I decided to do it, because I decided to make a choice, because I decided to love done, and because I realized that my location, it's not my destination. Because before this moment, I had never been on the FM airways. But God, I got a weekend segment, but God syndicated. I always tell somebody, don't believe me, you just watch. I have

every intention, and let me make this clear. I have every intention of making every one of my dreams come true. Happy Birthday, Dawn, and I want that same for you. But I also realized to that. And if you live long enough, you can attest to this. You can't want nothing for somebody else more than they wanted for themselves. But I know you want more because that's why you

tuned into the Vitamin D with Dawn Day podcast. You know that there's more in your life, not because that there's not enough, it's just that exceedingly and abundantly, like why can't we live in a yes and type of season. Huh. If this Detroit girl from eight Mile huh father died three months mother dad when I was twenty five, you can do it on a road you can't too. And listen. I ain't trying to say no pity party. I got got cousins, I got family that lost their parents way

younger than me. But I can only be my testimony and tell you what has been insurmountable for me. And I hope that you can use it because you know, like I said, I'm not Christian, but I do adhere to the stories, the parables and the Bible because it gives you a sense of what's possible and what faith can do. Now, one could have looked him like, oh, don you know, never been on the FM dial, and

probably I'm like, oh my gosh. One needs to go through that stuff before being syndicated, and to be in the presence of those who have been twenty plus years, thirty forty fifty years in the business throwing days in the room. Amen. But I say all that to say

about what can be done and what's possible. Don't believe me, just watch and it takes that undeniable faith it self to just keep going the same thing that I was talking about when I was saying running track, just knowing what the vision is on your path before you hit your finish line. You can't stop the fact that you're going to get there, but you can decide what you

do on your way there. How you decide to get up if you fall, dust yourself off, how you decide to love yourself, how you decide to honor yourself again. Dahnt Day had never been on an FM. Dehighto. Dawn Day is on Saturday. Not to brag, but to show you that it's possible. That's the same Dawn Day that didn't get into Howard University when she first applied that because I was a smart of just didn't test right. I'm just letting you know that it's possible because I

graduated with honors and talked to my graduation. This is the same Dawnt Day that moved to New York with only a three my fellowship, an opportunity to work a w BLS, the number one station for urban they see in the country. That's the same Dawnt Day that moved to l A with no job, drove Oberjaw, lived the game shows, catered events, then whatever I had to do. When I had to do it, it ended up in a room with the Steve Harvey morning shows. So don't

you tell me it ain't possible. It's only not possible if you don't believe. That's another thing. It's so interesting that it's almost like the day we are born, and as a child we kind of have it all figured out but don't because we're not afraid to dream, we're not afraid to believe. And it's interesting that as a child there's a lack of understanding of life because it's so new. But essentially it's just already knowing what it is because it's about being so present, it's about the

right now. We see whether the child can get distracted in a second because they're so into the now that anything can happen, and they avert their attention it's the next thing that's going on, not because of not being present. It's just that they're so into the moment of now, or so much so they don't even pay attention to all what's going on because being so focused in the now.

But it's the belief that they have, it's the courage that they have, it's the insight to just feeling to understand and to see without any lenses, these lenses that come on, these filters that come on every year. And while physically, oh wait wait, catch this, hold on, check this out. While physically every year we are taking a step away um from our child like four and a

lot of the maturity is happening in the mind. But it's interesting that the journey of the life, the whole spiritual journey, is all about finding the way back to that of a child. Because guess what we're spending time to get out on ourselves. When we were a child, we knew what we liked, we didn't like, what we want to do right in that moment, right, and we expressed ourselves unapologetically, and we're allowed to dream how we

wanted to dream. So then we get through life and we always trying to find back to get centered, to get that to that pettace of knowing, to get to that space of having a peace, to get to that space of loving and caring and just being. And that's what I hope for you. Hey, that's what I hope for me. That's what I'm waring And so I'm about to blaze through this and I want to thank you for being on this journey with me thus far.
