Episode description

Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to being unwritten. Depression shows up easily when you’re living in the past singing your “shoulda, coulda, woulda blues.” Just as easy as being trapped in a whirlwind of anxiety because you’re so concerned with your future. However, it’s only when we choose to live and to be fully present that we experience peace. So what’s your deal?

Are you so consumed with what happened to you in that past and what you’ve done, that it haunts you? Are you the busy planner trying to map out all of your next steps that you can’t sleep at night? Just stop! It’s time for you to free yourself and release all of those inhibitions you have on your life. Nastasha Bedingfield said it best in her hit single, “Unwritten,” that in order to find peace you must “drench yourself in words unspoken. Live your life with arms wide open. Today is where your book begins, the rest is still unwritten.”

There’s no better feeling than living your life on your terms, right now! It may mean that you “break traditions. Sometimes [your] tries are outside the lines. We've been conditioned to NOT make mistakes, but [you] can't live that way!”

Be the story no one ever told before. Be Unwritten
