This week's episode is a prayer for tough times. Life tends to throw at us too much for us to handle on our own. And, honestly, we shouldn't be handling tough situations by ourselves. We should call on our Father in heaven to help, guide and lead us out of the valleys. Through prayer, we are able to communicate our deepest needs to Him. Through prayer, we can have an open conversation with God about how we feel.

Best believe it, prayer changes things.
