Yeah, they were kind of discouraging like, oh, you don't know what you're talking about. And I was like, look, I eat tacos for a living. You can't tell me anything. You got that right. You got that right. Welcome back another episode of value nation, a show mixed full of random sequence of events just like life. Also, a show to help everyone understand the appraisal business and more specifically the appraisal management business.
Something that people know about, but we do like to keep things light laughs, make fun, mainly of ourselves but also provide numbers and information to understand today's market and how it can help you make real estate decisions while also learning what goes on behind the curtain. Charlie what's happening.
Alright, so big day big day for us here at value nation to kick off 2023. We have a awesome guest with us. She is, you've seen her around at the shows. She's seen around on social media for sure. She is fantastic. Delilah Ramos from love and tacos media. Hello taco queen. Good morning, afternoon. What time is it. Thank you gentlemen and I love when you emailed me you're like hey taco queen, I was like, I love seeing that like when.
Hey remember those hashtags we talked about like you should incorporate that tacos and tattoos. Yeah, between you like invent. So yeah, Michael like this is recorded so in Jordans on. We have a witness. We yeah, don't, don't take that because like I'll find out where you live. But, um, yeah, that was a thing tacos and tattoo I had told, you know, I had told Charlie I was like I think that's a thing and I did it with Vince.
He's all tatted to, and I went ahead and put like, what it goes, those, those stickers when we were little kids, what do you call them, the temporary tattoos. I put temporary tattoos all over so I can match him, but uh Charlie and I what we do every time we see each other, there's, we have like four different pictures now, like, I got it, I should have sent it to you guys. So we'll, we'll, we'll sprinkle men. Yeah, get the taco like the head get the tattoo.
Leave it up to our production team but yeah no so yeah shout out to Vince that he's the head of was right. Oh, Renault. Yeah. Cool people he's got what he's got sleeve legs and arms. Oh, that's all out. So yeah, he's all out. He's, he really is like, I, he lives not too far from me. So we hang out.
And when I, it's weird like sometimes he's all tatted, he definitely, definitely you got to take like a second look. When you're with him. I get, I don't know if it's because the girls like or to like. He's got that he's got that persona that aura around him. That rough neck. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so, so new year started for you. Did you do anything fun for New Year's first off.
No, I, well, for me it was fun. Right. Um, I've been traveling, just like I always run into you out in the conference streets, right. I had to take a big time out the last trip I took was the 10th of December to Atlanta to attend silver to Morgan's Christmas party. And that was it. I locked myself down. I didn't do anything I really had to like recharge my body, because it's a lot. I'm old aged like you don't you crazy.
But I am in my mid 40s like I have to, I have to remember like girl you ain't 22. We can't be staying out late. I know. God. So I did a lot of like recharging hanging out around the house did some yard work right like New Year's Eve. I was on my couch like by 1130 I hugged and kiss my son on midnight Happy New Year's Honey and and I 1230. I was like done. Well you did better than me I we lasted, we stayed home as well. We've been recharging the battery since like November, which is good.
But 1205 hit it like our 10 year old she even lasted. She's like I have to stay up I want to see the ball drop. Did the thing by 1205 we're all lights out. We're done. That's it. It's, you know, it's an unfortunately it's different. You know it's different times, so it is, it's dangerous, you can't, you can't go like that to places any is hard, you know, it's.
It's, it's a lot of kids. And so we got to be responsible and stuff like that but I'm very excited. I am busy coming up you just said you have team heading out there and look forward to, you know, seeing you guys and your booth but I definitely already have a lineup for 2023 So what do you guys, what do you guys have planned. Man shorts, once you go because your list is shorter. Yeah. I know there's my list right now. Aren't you going to be. I'm a lot.
That's the one in San Diego at the end of the month. It's not finalized yet it's for me, it's the kid in the, like the side life that kind of kills on that one's like, we have back to back volleyball tournaments, the weekends right before.
I would have to travel home on Sunday night from a volleyball tournament and then turn around and leave first day Monday morning to be gone, three, four days like it's, yeah, it's kind of trying to figure out like if it's, if it's worth it, if I can make it work, if I can do it and you know my body not shut down on me. Yeah, it is. So, I don't know and then I was I, I still call it encompass.
But now it's what is ice technology in Vegas. Yeah. It's, you know, another thing is, I feel like people as I talk because I have so many conversations with different companies, and they're being very, very intentional with these conferences, where they're going super strategic about it. Some are eliminating certain conferences, completely, and they've told me, and to cut cost, and then some are just being super strategic there may be only sending one person.
So, it's not like back in the day they used to be like a whole lot. Right. Right. Yeah, it's a lot of that for us to like, we got the word from the top down right, it's, let's be a little more picky, more or less is the better way to put it about where we're going to spend the dollars, probably see less less booths out of us this year. So, am I free, am I free to talk on on your platform.
Yes. Okay. So, this is, this is where my creativeness and my clients how we're what we're doing, like here's a little little nugget. So what people are doing their ditch in the booths, the ditch in the booths completely. And they're either getting meeting space. I mean, right before jumping on with you guys, I was talking to someone and they're ditching the booth, we're doing a meeting space or actually getting a suite at a hotel across the street wherever, and we're
doing a meeting space or a studio, a lounge, a, hey, come over. And that is a bit, that is something with my clients that I'm helping to create and help them not only get connections have meetings but then also get really good valuable content that they can use for the remainder of the year. That's a great idea I saw that kind of swing last year. And you say, cost difference it's a big cost. That's who yeah, because they charge you an arm and a leg for those booths.
And if you think about the difference between like you said written out of space across the across the street like you're easily half the money easily have. Yeah. And, and I'm willing to come in and help them with content with video, or just help them with the connection and make it like fun make it like hey come over if it's later in the evening or later on in the afternoon let's have a couple or have a drink,
right or something. If it's in the morning come have some breakfast with us let's just hang out and in a very open, where you're not feeling like you're being like all eyeballs are new because you know how when there's foot traffic there's so many people don't know who's looking at you and who's there when you're having conversations on the exhibit floor. So it's also you can be a little bit more open and free to chat in this space.
So that's, that's something that's, it's a thing you're going to see it in 2023. I like that idea, I think it's me we've, we've, we've had the conversation about doing some of those that maybe some of the bigger shows where we had more team members being
there, you know, especially last year like nam in Vegas, or, or MBA annual, those were two we talked about but by the time we, we got there from the concept. It was too late you know we had already allocated certain money towards, you know, the booth or whatever,
and we couldn't back out but I like that idea I think, and I agree with you it's with both of you, it's a lot of money. It is a lot of money and we invested so much like a lot of zeros last year in travel and shows and stuff and from the top down there like well let's put our hand let's hold on a second let's let's re look at this. Yeah, yeah, imagining for you though, like, you're probably going to have taco truck and every single one that you do right.
So tell me, Taco Tuesdays right this thing that it just exploded for you. Now, how did you come up with this. So, um, I real quick taco Tuesday was created in late 2019 so I've been doing this for three years now, and I created it, I wanted to set myself apart I already had a reputation within the industry at that time, I was in mortgage for about maybe 18 years
or something like that minute 22 now, right. And so, but I wanted to set myself apart. My best friend is a realtor in the Chicago land area. His name is Sean Cochran he is the cowboy real estate or the cowboy realtor he's very well known, very heavy on TikTok and all that. And so I saw that he has started his brand strategy and I, I wanted to I saw the traction and the growth right away. And so I wanted to do something similar and so he told me.
He just told me, combine something that you're passionate about with mortgage. Do something that you really love with mortgage and so I'm going to be true to myself, I was like that I'm gonna go take a shower, and I'm gonna call you right back seriously like this is how it went down and it, and it went down in my grandmother's place.
She was still alive at that time in the projects of Chicago so I can literally tell you like everything right and then took a shower and in the shower I came up with tackle Tuesday talks with Delilah, and then I jumped out the shower, told Sean like this is what I'm going to do. And the next day, Tuesday, I did it. And that's it. No plan no goal, I just executed it. I love that. Yeah, so wrong. It's so cool.
And it's great advice to right, because it's something that you love and you know, I mean, I don't know about you Mike but I love tacos to like it's a great idea. You could talk about that all day long. Yeah, I mean there's so many different types of tacos everywhere, every city there's a taco spot like who doesn't and it tacos is one of those things where.
Yeah, like you like, think about it, you go celebrate tacos right girlfriends night out tacos and tequila, right, you know, like girls night out by the way I mean like, don't ever get sick of tacos, they never get. No, like you, you're going through relationship problems tacos and white queso like there's so many winning. So, I did not is like, we go, we go somewhere for my daughter's all about fajitas.
Every single time we get Mexican food from wherever it doesn't matter. Like, have to have the queso. Hey, right out the jump.
But you ever notice like there's certain like there's white queso there's walk there salsa, like depending on like the environment that you're in, like you can't have it every time like why queso is like you're celebrating or you're like going through something right salsa is like the damn meeting, like the business meeting right walk is maybe like church at a Sunday after church or something.
And think about it, go to a Mexican restaurant have you ever seen anybody sad at a Mexican restaurant. Never, never. The music is the music is the vibe, the food. I got a question about proper etiquette on eating. I have a lot of people that like to eat a lot of espanaca white cheese dip. I have this really weird habit, where, like when I first get the bowl, I like to soak a chip in there.
The cheese is the best chip. It's the best. Have like their own strategic like ritual how they eat their salsa or their tacos like it is, I'm telling you, like, it's a thing. And, you know, it's, it's very, it's very hard not to, to not love that, and then incorporate that with our industry. I mean it's like such a winning combination. And you've, I mean you've taken it and you've, you've blown it up. I mean you literally started tacos and media right. Yeah, love tacos I'm sorry love tacos.
Okay, no, love and tacos. Yep, I did. I, you know my, the last company I was with they let me go back in March of last year so I'm approaching on my own. Almost a year. But the company was formed back in 2020 in the middle of COVID. So the company's actually been around for over two years, and when they let me go I was like this is it, this is what I've been praying about and I stepped out in
faith, and it was, it was scary right like on my own, I'm a single mom I have. I have properties like I have a lot of mortgages, you guys. Like I want, I almost have like a million dollars in mortgages. Okay. I just had one done actually we can handle that we can handle it. It's text I got I know the guy. Yeah, I did I just had one because I got my MI removed you guys. I was really, yo I was, I called. Right. I got my MI removed and I was like yo, and they were super discouraging though.
Really. Yeah, they were kind of discouraging like oh you don't know what you're talking about and I was like look I eat tacos for a living you can't tell me anything. You got that right. You got that right.
Right. So, so question for you. What would you say the biggest difference that like, well, I guess that's a that's a huge question. Just what kind of differences do you see now in our industry and kind of what's going on with it versus whatever you first were, you know, getting your feet wet and getting going with it. That stand out the most to you. Like when I first got started back in one or currently like with when I created taco Tuesday.
Like maybe like the biggest obstacles now compared to what the obstacles were back then. Oh man. So I've done so many different channels like segments within the industry, I started off in title, I was an A.E. My heart though is in recruiting absolutely love bringing people into the mortgage industry whether it's fresh from college or someone looking for a new career opportunity.
One of the things that I'm noticing more is the different technology, the technology piece is on a whole nother level. The way they are automating the whole origination process from the start to beginning, versus when I started I was still doing 10 or threes and pen and pencil. Like, I remember taking a 10 or three with a with a pencil, or, I mean, that's crazy. Right. And that's not even.
You don't ever hear of anyone taking an application in a pencil if you do. Right. But technology is is is been changing, and I'm seeing that advancing grow and then I also see it, taking certain positions places, which kind of makes me a little sad, but it helps reduce the cost of originating alone because right now it is outrageously expensive, and we have to cut that for the consumer that's not fair. I am a, I'm a big advocate of that I bought properties I know I know how expensive that is.
It shouldn't be like over $13,000 to originate alone like that that's ridiculous, we need to make sure we cut that expense, and you're a huge part like you guys are a big part. We're a small we're a small piece of the whole joke out of it. I mean, there's some other on that disclosure.
We might make or break it, I don't know. One of those things, but appraisal is a huge is like, is a is a is a big one. You know, I mean, but that I'm seeing and then of course, the how the home buyer is changing so I'm also seeing the amount of women and single women purchasing their first properties or their second properties I mean, single women are is like the largest demographic of new homeowners. Is that so.
And then, within millennials but that's a real huge part which makes it, you know that shows how important it is, and how it's a goal for a lot of women whether be single just on their own single moms widows, like you name it, it's a it's a thing. That's impressive I was not aware that. So with the, with the recruiting piece sorry Charlie. Good. I don't think I've ever said sorry Charlie. That might be the first time I've said sorry Charlie how was that just now happening my guess now yeah.
You said it to me like the first day we met polite like that I guess, but I didn't want to ask you real quick because you mentioned the recruiting process. So, so, do you get hired as independent contractor to help lenders bring on new loan officers or how does,
how does that piece of the puzzle work for you. And so there's like two parts of my taco stand, like I call it right. The first part is the media, the taco Tuesday I also do. There's bigger packages for people that need content on a monthly basis and I partnered with Michael Hammond, I think Charlie you follow him on LinkedIn. He's really he's my business medium partner and so we, when people need it on a monthly basis, we got them right. The second piece which is on my own is the recruiting.
Everywhere I go. I organically recruit, it's just who I am. It's second nature, I don't need to, it just happens. Right. And so, when people come to me and ask for, hey, I'm looking to make a move. Or can you look at my offer letter, I want to be able to say hey for looking. Why don't you take a, you know, why don't you talk to this organization, why don't you talk to this specific person.
And so I do have clients on the recruiting side, where when organically when people come to me, I will have set up a conversation set up that first introduction and if it works out. Great. If it doesn't, you just made a new friend. You mentioned that you know the large demographic of single women and what that means to the in the now in the housing market.
So, let's kind of spin that into you just were what the speaker at the housing wire women of influence. Yeah. Oh my god. So, so break that down. How was it, how was it like being in that room with all those powerful women. And like, we're very, first of all, I was honored when housing wire, you know when they gave me that opportunity extremely honored and I was on a stage moderating and participating with fabulous women. The topic was the good the bad and the things we need to talk about.
And there was one question I thought I almost ended my career, guys. It's going to get true to myself man. One question it was like what is the one thing you sacrifice for your career like what is the one thing because as women. We tend to sacrifice a lot to be, especially women in leadership. Any industry doesn't just apply to mortgage, but women in leadership on an executive level seem to sacrifice like the most.
And so each woman, each woman explains what they sacrifice and when it came down to me. I'm always unreal I sacrifice my marriage. And when I said that the room went so quiet mind you the whole room was filled there was people in the back, standing up. And, like, I think I heard two people go. And at that moment I thought that's it, I'm done. I should have never said that. I thought like, that's real that's you.
But it was real. I did, I knew that if I would have stayed in this marriage, that it was, it was completely holding me back I knew God had something great for me, and it was my fault for being disobedient because I knew I shouldn't have got married in the first place let's just get that out the way. My bad. There were some red flags and I totally ignored them and you know, you know, so we have to have it. That's me and I will own up to that but I did I walked away.
And it was one of the best decisions I've ever did. And, and I thought I, I thought I ended my career with that answer, but no, I had quite a few women reach out to me and telling me, you know kudos. I was like, I'm going to do anything. And now, housing wire we're having like conversations because they now want to do like around to for their annual. Yeah.
It's awesome. So you get the call back. Look at that. Yeah, but I thought I was like that's it they're never going to invite me ever again they're like this chick crazy eating. I'll beat red man, Michael, like, I wanted the, the room to like open up a music. Who was, who was like, who's one of the coolest people you met. Um, there's a, I saw the list. There's some impressive people on that list at housing wire. No, no, I mean, like, from the from overall I guess.
I don't know, I got to like really hang out with Edmund Smith, and like Jesse Woojee from NASCAR, Emma Smith, the Hall of Famer football player like I mean that's pretty cool. Yeah, he's okay he's kind of a, I got to sit with Damon John, like, you know, yeah, like that's pretty cool, you know, those, though that's, that was awesome.
So, I mean, that's, yeah, all right, so what about. And then what about one of like, what about one of the ladies that finished on the on the list, anybody that you met you're like, I mean this is an impressive person. I'm doing it wrong they're all impressively. kind of blew you away a little bit speaking with them. Let's see some ladies. It's. So, Susie Lindblom is one that's blown me away, her and I are very close.
Yeah, she has a great testimony, and between her, Tammy Richards, Tammy Richards, who she used to be with Lone Depot, but now she's on her own. So, there is women that have been in the industry, like they impressed me and I love to be around them because I feel every single time I learned something they've been in the industry as long as I've been alive, which is you know 43 years.
And they're like the mortgage geez right like the G stands for gangster. Yeah, oh gangster mortgage oh geez, the mortgage oh geez, you know, um, you know, Kim Hoffman is another one who should be another one who she's another like oh gee, I told her that I think at at NBA annual we're sitting next together, we're sitting next to I go you know you're like a mortgage G, she's like, what, what is that and I told her she's like, I didn't know. I'm like, gangster. And I love to hear women in tech.
I know what they're talking about and how to make processes more seamless. I mean, I just feel like that really energizes me like that to me is like real dope when I'm placed in an environment like that I feed off women with like that, real no tech like that. Yeah, I like it.
What's up. I mean, yeah, my wife always tells me like, and that was text up, she's like, you know, world would be a lot better place if like women would just run it. It'd be a lot, it'd be a lot better for you for your quality of life. Like yes yes life I understand. It is. I get it. Yeah, like, when you, it's powerful. I mean, yeah.
I can imagine, but I'm good with dudes to like, you know, I'm always, I, I'm a boy mom I only have boys I've never raised a daughter, nothing like that so I'm still, you know, teen boy couple girl dads here couple girl. Hashtag girl that you have like how many you have like, just one, just one. Okay, okay, okay.
What extras on you. What haven't you told us Charlie. What. Well, I mean, don't get me wrong, like, we've talked about it, I would love to have more children. It's just right now it's just not. No, it's not the time. Yeah, like it's super expensive to let's be real like I can't even if they can close themselves, it's, there's no way we can go back like I can go back to nothing like that. I'm a little. I was like, you know, my daughter turned 10 last summer.
You're on your own, go get a job. Yeah, you're fine. You were going to target will be back in like an hour you'll be fine. Like, you know, yeah, you guys raise a valid point though it's 2023 now I mean we need to lower the, you know, the, the labor laws, child labor laws like we need to lower that age now because it's like 15, like that needs to drop. Come on, everything else is changing but let's lower that. Yeah, get a job in the grocery store.
What, what did Mike more say he was working at like 13 as a fry cook and his dad's McDonald's. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Absolutely. Yeah, you know, and I have a super high expectation because I got my first job at like 1516 check out, I'm being real always. So, I got my first job at Dairy Queen was in Chicago so I would go to school.
I was at high school in Chicago, and from there I would go get my chemo, because I was battling cancer during my high school years. So I would go get my chemo and they'll work like four hours at Dairy Queen, so you can. Well, wasn't Dairy Queen only open like two, you know, two months out of the year up there.
It was open like a few like you're right it did. Yeah, like, it was I would work like the weekends a lot, or like at night because they were open to like 10. So yeah, go to school, go get my chemo and then take the L, or, you know, the you got nothing on you, you are. I was, I'm giving away so like, like, how are you gloss over something like that like this woman is incredible.
I'm not, I'm not I promise like, yeah I told you she would impress you. Like, yeah, we just glossed over like it was nothing that you're 15 years old. You go to school, you go get chemo, you just slip that in there on us, and then you go from that to work. Like, I mean, seriously you're amazing like this is, that's just incredible stuff you know it's. Yeah man, that's why I like my work ethic is like super high because I'm thinking to myself like, yeah, like that.
Like I've seen. Yeah, you've been, you've seen the harder times of things. Yeah, yeah, that's awesome. Do you miss Chicago ever. Absolutely not. My Chicago question is the same as it is here like, would it be that bad outside if it wasn't for the wind. Yeah, it is. We always say that here it's our joke it's like it wouldn't be that bad outside of it wasn't for the wind.
When you especially if you're like downtown on Michigan Avenue and you like turn the corner, and you're not in front of a building and that wind hits your face, you guys, it cuts your face like it cut like I don't want to live somewhere where the wind hurts my face like that doesn't get on with you. That doesn't work. It's cool to visit there.
I summer times when it gets warmer they to me, Chicago has the best food the best tacos the best pizza, the best hot dogs like you name it, the Greek food, like you name it. They have great food, but I, you know, it's okay. For two months out of the year it's great. It's the place to be I heard the summers are incredible. The summers are incredible, like they are a lot of fun, a lot of food festivals, right, like block parties like the whole.
Urban vibe but you know, again, middle age, I like my gated community I like Publix. Public spoiled. Spoils spoiled publics my god. What's your cup with your coffee joy. Is your, is your coffee joint publics or is it Duncan is a Starbucks. Actually, I make all my coffee at home I have like a whole coffee bar station so I have like, I have the Cuban coffee thing the little machine I do have that I have a cure egg and
I have an old school Mr coffee machine. So I like bounce around. But yeah, I can't go to like a Starbucks because I feel like my grandmother's watching me from heaven and my Latina card will get taken away because she was like never. Like, she was like she would be like no, it's Starbucks no it's on Diablo which it means is that's the devil. That's hilarious. We, they're gonna love that let's not let's not tag Starbucks on this.
I prefer making my own like, like, my, my setup probably is I just do a French press every day like I just do I grind my own beans and just electric cattle do the French press and it tastes so much better when you grow beans. Like then I nerd out every city I go to like I always try to find my different beans that are like that never seen before different brands and bring it home with you and stuff. A little, it's a little hobby.
Well, a lot of work, it's a lot of work guys, don't get me wrong, I've got that much work at all. I've got it. I've got the grinder I've got the French press got this freaking cure egg, but I buy all of my, I buy cold brew coffee though. I've been drinking for like three years. So, Charlie your Latino card is taken away. Oh no, wait no no no no no no no. I do like cold brew though it is delicious but you can make you can make your own cold brew.
Yeah, you can. So I've done that yourself in the fridge. Yeah. There's about like a hot cup of coffee, whether it be the curry whether it be old school or, you know, cafe con leche which is like Cuban coffee. And like, I don't know. There's a spot near me called Colada. Yeah, there's one in DC. You have them down there. Of course like Florida. It's incredible. Like the cafe con leche and then they do it, they'll do it with the coffee ice cubes as well. Oh they will. Okay, is good. Cafe Jello.
I don't I always get coffee like hot, you know, so, but that yeah that's one thing about Florida you get good seafood. Yeah, you get up, you can find a cafe con leche anywhere down here. So, for sure. So, alright so we've taken up a good deal of your, of your lunch hour here. So, you want to hit her with a couple. This or that. So are you. Let's see are you a green text message or a blue text message. Blue all day. Blue all day. All right.
Charlie's not. No, I know I'm a problem. I get it. We all you and everybody tells me. I'm so aware that he screws up every group chat that he's a part of. Yeah. Right, so got to ask the taco question here. Hard shell or soft shell. Corn soft all day. Yeah. Very authentic. Yeah. If you do flower even soft or the hard shell that's gringo tacos. I'm still good. I was gonna probably my corn falling apart. I know that's why they put too long.
They put too. They usually put two for you and that's the reason why because the first one always tears but it's just, but, but then you can create another taco. Yeah, then you just keep adding that and then afford to get you. Yeah, it's the beauty of a taco. She's a professional. This is, he's a pro tips right here. I'm sneaking this one in. What the most unique or favorite topping on a taco that you've ever had. Um, that you actually enjoyed. Buffalo. Fried cauliflower.
On a taco on a taco. Like buffalo fried cauliflower dipped in buffalo sauce with like lettuce and some like Pico yo. Wow. It was fire. I was like, I think I got that one. I don't know if it was Nashville at a place called velvet tacos it's a chain because there's one in Atlanta.
It's called belt and they have like a buffalo fried cauliflower taco. Check that out. Yeah, was good. Alright, so you're in the middle of the state. So I'm wondering if you would prefer a pool or swimming in the ocean which one pool or ocean. I prefer the ocean. You prefer swimming in the middle, but I am like 30 minutes from cocoa, like 30 I can make it to Cape Canaveral like NASA I live real cool. I live closer to the east side.
I'm on the east side of Orlando like the Jeffersons because I come on. Yeah, so I like, I prefer the ocean. Yes. Alright, go basketball. Well, the bulls, of course it's hard, but I'm a bulls. Alright, but Jordan or LeBron. Oh, MJ all day the goal you can't fight me, you can't, you can't even know that's. No, that's immediately no. I told you. I know orange you I warned you when I gave you that question. I told you that I liked her. I told you that I liked her.
For sure. We got over here. I just said hey listen she's from Chicago she's going to bring some fire when you ask this question. Yeah, like, I seen MJ play in the 90s, I was there I was alive for the six championships in the 90s, all in Chicago got to see witness some gains go to the United Center. Did you get to, did you go to any like the trophy celebrations and millennial part. Yes, I did I think I went to two of them out of the six I was for one of them I actually saw.
I remember for one of them seeing it on the roof of the hospital because I was sick. So, but it was, it was down, it wasn't off the roof of the hospital wasn't that far so you got to see the fireworks and like Grant Park and everything like that but yeah, yeah, you have to the people that say LeBron is because they've never lived in the era of the
actual, you know, 90s default, like, it's a whole different style I see why they say LeBron but no, when you see this man play. And if you were ever at the United Center in the 90s, it's a game changer as a matter of fact, the last dance is always on rotation anytime I need some encouragement, apart from prayer and reading my Bible, I put that sucker on and I get pumped. All right, so I think so do you prefer the deep dish crust over any Chicago style deep dish stuff pizza.
What's your favorite. I know that Chicago is known for deep dish, and it's good don't misunderstand me but I think true Chicago and would prefer that then crust like tavern style where it's like cut in squares. We call it like the tavern style so it's a circle we cut it in squares not slices like New York, we don't fold our pizzas we don't do none of that.
I fold I fold every piece of pizza. No, no, like, you saw about like the little rectangles. Yeah, no, like, you get the quarter pieces you get the four. Absolutely. Awesome. You got any more for.
