No, no, no, not that serious, but I promise we're gonna have a good time and we are, we are going to cover some issues and some topics about the appraisal world mortgage business, real estate.
And it's about having fun while also shedding some light on some, maybe some new topics that are coming up, shedding some light on some misconceptions or maybe a how to when it comes to appraisals and how to approach and you know, what, what this side of the transaction is thinking and this side of the transaction is doing this.
So, you know, we're really here to try to spread some information about this because to be honest, I don't know if there's, you know, it's kind of, there's not that much. I mean, there's a million, I'm mumbling here. I'm losing myself. You're getting it. I feel it. The wheels are turning. It's going, it's going. But you know, there's a million commercials out there for choose this mortgage company, choose this mortgage company. Everybody and their best friends are realtor.
I mean, everybody knows at least 12, but there really isn't a manual on explaining the process on how it works. If you want to buy a house, if you want to refi a house, if you, you know, if you want to get a Hivok home, make really a lot of credit, or if you want to do this or that, there's not really like a good manual. It's almost, you find either a realtor or a loan officer and they kind of guide you through it. So it's nice to understand the big picture.
