Episode description

What’s on your mind, unicorn? 🦄 Send me a text!

Is chowder a soup? Is chili a chowder? These are very important questions, but not as important as the question of how to get yourself out of the soup you’re stuck in because you’re not willing to put yourself out there.

In this episode, I share my tips for stepping out and allowing yourself to show up vulnerably in public (virtually or in person) — even though it’s often incredibly uncomfortable.

All the joy in the world is on the other side of this fear, and it is 100% worth facing it.
