Episode description

What’s on your mind, unicorn? 🦄 Send me a text!

How do you leave the perfectionism behind and start gaining positive momentum toward your dreams? We've learned to strive for straight As, to always have the right answer, to come to the meeting the best ideas, but this can be extremely harmful – closing off connection, creativity, and possibilities. The antidote? Curiosity.

Curiosity? Yes, I know. It sounds so simple, but curiosity the gateway to your creativity and abundance. It invites us all to let our guard down, opening the door to better connection with others. It brings about a new perspective, a more open conversation, allowing new ideas to burgeon. A simple question can pull us out of our linear or black-and-white thinking that often has us mindlessly chasing our tails.

And getting curious with yourself is one of the most powerful tools for shifting your mindset and behaviors that are keeping you stuck in a life you're ready to grow out of.

After listening to this episode, ask yourself these questions:

  • What am I curious about?
  • What does the fact that I have this curiosity say about me?
