In todays episode Tara & Louisa are continuing with their course progression by discussing week 4’s focus which is: the true nature of your toxic relationship. Louisa does a deep and vulnerable dive into the truth of how one of her toxic relationships played out and the lasting impacts it has had on her healing journey. She discusses her own learnings and contribution to the relationship and how doing the work around the relationship has positively shaped and changed how she relates to others romantically in the future. The girls hope their honestly helps other women feel less alone, and more compassion for themselves in their own experiences with toxic partnership.
