Not giving a f***

Hi everyone, hope y'all are doing well and taking care of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally. This episode was inspried by me having a breakthroufh recently of "why am I trying to please everyone". I personally am a people pleaser and always try to make sure everyone is happy. Which isn't a bad thing, it is just learning when to say no and know your own boundaries. I am understanding that not caring about literally everything will bring you a lot more happiness...choosing the people that motivate and inspire you rather than the people who bring you down. This episode is not to say don't care about life, it is more so letting you know not to overthink everything you do and no worry about the judgement of others. Live your life and be yourself.
