Is social media good or bad?

Hi everyone! Hope you are doing well and ok :) In todays episode I talk about social media and how it can really effect us without us knowing. It is scary to think about that we can spend half our days scrolling and not even realize what we are doing. I am not saying I am perfect and don't do it myself, it is kinda why I am talking about this. Social media can be good and bad, there are a lot of opinions and no one is right or wrong...however I can say that social media is probably the number one cause of mental health for a lot of different reasons.
