In this episode, I talk about body image! It also happens to be the first-ever hike-isode... which means, I was hiking while recording. Tbh, I might never do that again, unless I get a lot of positive feedback about the heavy breathing.
Body image obsession was the thing that brought me to this understanding, because it was the root behind my disordered eating. I'm excited to share the first couple of insights with you.
