She's an Enlifted gangster Pirate, rope flow queen, Steel Mace Flow artist and my dear friend. Many of you may know her as "Hardcore" Henson and this former High School band director has recently stepped fully into her role as a top level movement educator, word ninja and overall badass lady boss of her life. A truly inspiring person that I've wanted to have on the show for a long time and for good reason. We get into it all.
