How To Get (and retain) More Ideal People in Your Practice.

Have you ever looked at your schedule and seen that "that" person is coming in? You know the one who is always complaining, doesn't value what you want, and is a pain in the arse to deal with?
And conversely, are there people who are a joy to see? They 'get it' and value you and the care you provide.
