May 12, 2018•43 min
Episode description
Clare Pearson is the CEO of a foundation called Project Futures, which is giving hope by transforming the lives of women and children affected by human trafficking, slavery and sexual exploitation in Australia and Cambodia.
They also connect people to these issues by creating meaningful experiences that raise funds, educate and empower our generation to take action.
Clare is also a psychologist, a mother and an extremely driven woman to create change and impact.
I was so energised to keep grinding away with the small things i’m doing in my life and company and the small impact i’m making after this chat with Clare. If you’re looking for some motivation and inspiration to find your “why” and to leave a legacy, then this should surely fuel that fire.
In this episode you will learn:
The reality of the multi-billion dollar sex trafficking and human slavery industry around the globe
Why women don’t escape their slavery straight away, even when given the chance
How we as humans can help not only Project Futures and the sex trafficking industry, but also other non-profits AND even ourselves by diving into our curiosities and personal skills
I also talk to Clare about human behaviour in general society and she expresses her view on “balance”, what most of us humans are missing in our lives and she also exposes her biggest failures.
