Ali Day is one of Australia’s best Surf Ironman athletes. He exemplifies Holistic Health and Excellence.
He’s won the Nutri-Grain Ironman series and consistently been on the podium for this event and most notably has won the gruesome Coolangatta Gold 4 times. This event is a mixture of Surf Ski, Paddle Boarding, swimming and running, totalling a distance of almost 47km (or 29miles) including the transition runs. It. Is. Brutal!

If I could sum Ali up in one word, it would be genuine.

You know when you spend time with people and you resonate with them at an energetic level that makes you feel superhuman, that’s how I felt in the presence of Ali and his beautiful partner Kel.

He is an athletic FREAK. His sport is really tough, and he conquers it mentally and physically, but he almost gave the sport away due to health problems and he takes us into that adversity and what changes he made to help him not only recover, but then dominate his sport and not suffer those same health problems ever again.
