Dayna and Jess journey into their experience with toxic positivity and how many people don't even realize it's a thing. Nobody wants to be a negative Nancy (sorry Nancy), but allowing people to sort through their negative emotions while you hold space for them can be just as powerful as being their hype girl. Don't get us wrong, we LOVE a hype girl, but maybe give us 72 hours or so to process before hyping us up again.
