Episode description

Dr. Ben Bocchicchio has been an advocate of slow strength training and a low-carb diet since 1973. He was on the leading edge of Nautilus training and had a professional relationship with Arthur Jones as the world became familiar with the exercise machines Jones called "the thinking man's barbell".

In this interview Dr. Ben Bo is fresh off giving a lecture at the Low Carb USA conference in San Diego. Topics discussed include the anti-inflammatory effects of slow resistance training and an in-depth look at how a low-carbohydrate diet contributes to health and longevity.
