Episode description

Tom Grace is the founder of the anti-microbial copper equipment company Black Iron Strength. Black Iron supplies the NFL, NHL, MLB, and NASA with custom equipment to keep athletes healthy.

Tom, AKA "The Neck," also participated in Project Total Conditioning at West Point in 1975. This experiment resulted in phenomenal strength and cardiovascular results for 19 cadets through pure Nautilus resistance training.

In this episode Tom tells us what it was like to be trained directly by Arthur Jones and how his company is changing the fitness industry.
