Recording time under tension (TUT) might be a more efficient way for you to be tracking your progress than the standard rep.

In this episode we give you some strategies for maximizing muscular tension in your workouts. We'll go into detail about Brian Johnston's J-reps (or "zone training") and suggest some different cadences to add variety to your training and make sure you see consistent progress.
