Dwayne Wimmer is the owner of Vertex Fitness on Philadelphia's Main Line. He has decades of experience as a business owner as well as having been a strength and conditioning coach at Villanova. Dwayne earned the "grit award" at the 2019 Resistance Exercise Conference.
