51 ~ Is That Good For Me?

Not everything we do in life is good for us, but sometimes we are so busy simply getting on with life that we do many things automatically and don’t always recognise that maybe if we just changed our thinking and in turn what we do, we would feel so much better as we begin to do more things that are good for us.
