Giving Feedback & Being In The Mess

I get this question a lot: "How do I tell them they're doing a crappy job? I can't risk losing them, but I can't keep living with all of their mistakes." In this episode, I talk about giving engaged feedback and seeing opportunity inside of a problem to reinvent the relationship while being responsible for any mess that ensues. This dives into being brave to step forward into having an intimate conversation with someone who's not performing and sitting with them in the discomfort of having a human experience.
