Episode description

This episode dives into who you are while you handle mistakes in a post-COVID world full of inevitable delays and mishaps. I dive into how people generally act with their own mistakes and how that folds into their expectations of how others “should” behave with their shortcomings.

I explore what it looks like when you’re swinging on the pendulum between being attached to how others “should behave” to swinging to being resigned as a doormat. I speak to what happens when you’re attached to a “right” way of behaving and how that leads to a choiceless life and leadership. I invite you to explore what’s possible if you let go of your current lens of accountability, right/wrong, and good/bad and experiencing the situation from a new lens.
