83: A Terrible Case Of The Shoulds

"Should" can become a dominating force in our life if we're not paying attention. They signal stories and expectations that we are creating, and today's expectations become tomorrow's resentments. In today's episode we talk about always and never, why maybe your kids should NOT be listening to you, the damage that expectations can do in relationships, and more!
