Healing the Canvas Within

On this episode of Totally Exposed I got to sit down with Kevin Benevides, a transformational coach who specializes in supporting men to transforming their lives from the inside out, by mastering their minds, emotions, heal their past and embodying their most authentic self and full potential.  Kevin has been passionately sharing heart centered and inspiring social media content since 2014 through his social media page called "The Canvas Within".  It was a platform where he could share his personal journey through mental illness and help inspire other to overcome challenges in their lives and transform themselves.

This interview is one that I hope will equip men to be mindful, identify their emotions, be able to feel them and process through them, communicate and overall be able to connect in relationships so they can experience the abundance life has to offer....rather then just float through life.
