Bewertung der lokoregionalen Radioimmuntherapie disseminierter Tumorzellen des diffusen Magenkarzinoms mit einem Bi-213 gekoppelten tumorspezifischen Antikörper im Mausmodell

Bei diffusen Magenkarzinomen treten in 50% aller Fälle Mutationen im Gen für das Adhäsionsmolekül E-Cadherin auf. Bei einem Fünftel dieser Mutationen ist Exon 9 deletiert, was die Expression einer mutationsspezifischen Proteinstruktur zur Folge hat (d9-E-Cad). Untersuchungen über die Bestimmung der Spermaqualität - insbesondere Motilität und Membranintegrität - und Zusammenhänge zur Fertilität von Besamungshengsten

Es wurden insgesamt 181 Besamungsdosen von 34 in der Besamung eingesetzten Hengsten untersucht. Die Motilität wurde von bis zu 7 Personen geschätzt und mit 2 computerassistierten Programmen ausgewertet. Die Membranintegrität wurde anhand der Bromphenolblau-Nigrosin und der neuen Kovács-Foote Färbung ausgewertet (letztere beurteilt auch die Integrität der Akrosom- und Mittelstückmembran).
