Heather Saba on Asanas and Adaptogens

Heather Saba is an herbalist, writer and teacher in Boulder, CO. She talks about her experiences learning about plant spirit medicine in Peru and how her practice continues to evolve. She is co-teaching a cool workshop on Asanas and Adaptogens and blending herbalism with yoga! She is such a wise and interesting storyteller and reminds us of the importance of having a strong spine and a soft belly and how small encounters can change our world.
