Beyond the postcard: Why holidays can't rebuild relationships

As humans, we are entrenched into routine that is fuelled by demands of living in a modern existence. So our reprieve from the "everyday life" is often in the form of a holiday...a getaway...an escape. 

We briefly unpack why these society has deliberately used this messaging to describe a holiday and how it plays into the way we unconsciously approach them. 

We dive into quality time vs quantity of time with your partner and how to best utilise what time you have at hand.

We also discuss the benefits of micro-holidays to stimulate our cognition , enhance our alive-ness and to inject playfulness into our "normal" reality.
