Edward Dangerfield is my breathwork teacher here in Bali and I also worked with him 1-on-1. And that one session in itself really shifted something massively inside of me. I share some of the details in our conversation.

But he is more than just a breathwork facilitator and practitioner - Edward Dangerfield is a nervous system specialist - he is also trained in Chinese Massage & Pressure Points, Qi Gong, Biofield Energy Healing, Yoga and Meditation. He constantly studies modern approaches to anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, and developmental patterns. 
He is a very fascinating human with a lot of knowledge, I know you are going to love this one!
