We explore the opposite of Episode 49 (Over-Responsiblity) and look at what it looks like to be both an Under-Responsible leader and team member.  Jen covers:
1. How to identify when you or a team member might be under-responsible
2. Why leaders might allow this to happen
3. Questions to consider before approaching a team member you believe is under responsible

Under-Responsible leaders:
1. Do not reflect on their own thoughts and beliefs
2. Do not own the outcomes (for themselves and their teams)
3. Are not committed to curiosity and learning
4. Take things too seriously, not having enough fun

In contrast, team members may be under-responsible when they aren't *quite* meeting expectations, but they also are not doing anything completely out of bounds.  Examples may be:
1. Work is late
2. Excuses for why something can't be done, without effort to solve the problem
3. Complaining about the environment, without effort to work within the system
4. Disengaged
