In this episode we discuss how to increase productivity and reduce overwhelm, by using an acronym for TIME: Treasured, Investment, Mandatory, and Empty.
We have a look at ways to reduce time spent on activities that feel Mandatory or Empty, and maximise time that brings us joy.
