can go there at the link in the description. Like I said, this is the fourth time that I'm going on tour to do these live shows, to do this podcast live. These live shows are basically like big group therapy sessions where people come in and they text a phone number with their name and what they want to talk about, kind of similar to how we do the podcast, and I call them up on stage and we do the thing that we do on this podcast, but we do it live in front of two three, four hundred people.
And I also mix that in with stories from my own life. I've been doing a lot of traveling. I was just in Iraq, I was in Ukraine. I've been thinking about things I've been pondering about life and I have a lot of my own material that I mix in. I'm trying to make these shows about fifty percent of my own material and fifty percent of these group therapy sessions. And yeah, they're always a lot of fun, and they're you know, sometimes weird and healing and sometimes crazy stuff happens.
And if you like this podcast, if you're a fan of the show, I think you'll have a great time coming out out to one of these lives. So I'd love to see there. I feel very honored that I am in a position where I can do tours like these, especially that you know, after almost six years of doing this podcast, I can keep touring and whatnot.
