Malcolm Gladwell says that in order to be an expert in a field one must invest 10,000 hours into their selected craft. So with just 15 minutes a day for 10 years, you could become an expert in whatever field you choose.
You may argue that 10 years is a long time, but imagine how long it will take if you never start…
