One of the things I started doing in 2022 was pre selling every single thing that I do. And here's why actually the beginning of 2022. I, I created a was just be a six week course that after I got into it and sort of creating it, I realized, Oh God, this is actually really a seven week course I need seven weeks to get this through. And by the time I was done creating it, I was exhausted. I was bored of it. And it was good. Don't get me wrong, but I was just

like, I'm so ready to move on. I think that's why I'm like, so good. And I love social media. Because I love change. Right? I love change. And so it was like, I yeah, I sold it. Did I sell it to the level that I wanted know why? Because my excitement wasn't there. Right? We know that about anything that we do. And I think that is a key point to remember that sometimes, and I see this as I mentor people, that we wait until everything is perfect. We wait until everything is created. We wait

and then what happens? What happens? Okay, we're like, all right, where's the joy? Now, where's the excitement now. And this will say this for right now, pre selling is not for everyone, but here has how it has supported me in my business and helped me scale my business. I mean, I literally pre sell every single month before I create, like, I have an outline of a program. But that is it, like I have I start from scratch

every single month. And so for example, I were going to do I don't know why I always get tripped up on this word, I think it's because it's too many S's. And I always do everything with Ignite your, which makes my life easier. But it's stream stacking and scaling. So that is our program on really how to expand your business, create more offers, create more streams of revenue, like all of those things in the month of March.

And I think it's key that like, let's say I just decided on March 1 yesterday to create this program. Um, it would take me, I don't know, two weeks, this would not be a march program, because I would have to two weeks to get it together, right and record all the modules, then number two, I have to then sell it for seven to 10 days at least right give myself time to sell it. And then, you know, getting everyone in and it's just it's just not probably going to happen in March is my guess,

right? If I started it now. And so why not sell it now, right? Because what happens when we sit on an idea to log it sounds the dumber sounds right? It's a quote on who said it. But the longer we sit on the idea, the dumber it sounds. So therefore we start to self sabotage. So therefore we don't do the thing, right. So the more I don't pre sell, the more I'm giving myself this out, I'm giving myself excuses. I'm giving myself all

the things. Now, here's the other thing I love about pre selling is I have an outline right of this piece of whatever I'm selling this piece of content, this course is program, whatever. And I have an outline of it. And then as I create content around it, I start thinking of all the other things that I can teach. So this outline gets even more robust. Because I am using the program from last month called Ignite

your assets. I'm using that to create all the content then I realized, oh my gosh, I need to add this in oh my gosh, I need to add this in any teaching this. And so the program just becomes more robust, more micro mastery, right? Because it's it's down to the to the like, we're going over every like hairline detail, right? We're not just doing an overview, this is not an overview view programs, my programs don't just

do an overview. There are learning, you know, down to the like probably basics intermediate, and then also the homework and the action steps that are going to take you and help you go through this program. So that is really, really important to me. And then also I think when we pre sell, we keep the excitement up right? A lot of times and I used to be this way to when I pre sold I was like I need an exact date. No I don't It's March. The program starting in March. I

don't have a date yet. I will sit down this week and figure out the exact date and then map it out right and know like how many calls I'm thinking every time I have sat down and have calls Then when I'm in the middle of teaching, I realized, oh, I need to add another call for this. Nobody complains that I add other calls, right. So I think that's also great. The other thing I love about pre selling is when I do it live, right, and what I do what we

call hybrid program. So my program, some of them are live. So I literally go live and teach, and some of them are dropped. So they're pre recorded, but it's typically pre recorded the day before something else. And literally just because of my schedule, or I'm going to be sharing my screen a lot, and I don't want my internet to affect my life. So it's one of the two of the reasons that I will record. But

I love it. Because, you know, just because I set a schedule two weeks ahead of time doesn't mean that something's not going to come up, you know, whether it's an emergency vet visit or something like that, right? It's happened. Also, my power has went out like things happen, right? So sometimes, obviously, I don't know when my power goes out. But I can still record a video if my power goes out as long as I have some juice, laptop, and then I can like run to find somebody with internet

and upload it right. So there are possibilities when things happen. But that is another reason that I pre sell because I create hybrid programs. And I think to again, when I do a program live or hybrid, I also see the questions that are being asked, so I know, okay, I didn't explain this, clearly, if I recorded this whole thing, I would have to get back in the mindset, right, get back into the, whatever the Program Mode is, and go back and rerecord

that. Whereas if I'm launching basically live and creating live as I go along the hybrid program, I'm really able to put that in wherever I need it right? Or add it into an upcoming training that has more to do with the questions that people are having that I didn't really quite answer in the videos I've watched so far. So I think that's key to is just knowing, like knowing your audience, knowing that they're going to ask questions, knowing that how you can edit and add

those in to your prerequisite. I know some people, this freaks them out. And I have always said, Well, if you're afraid to do it live, you know, get a week ahead. And then once you really don't have to start it until you sell right? And then you sell a couple you say, Okay, we're starting in two weeks, then you have two more weeks, right? To really, really like hone in on that sales process and have more

people come in. And because you're doing it at that point, you're doing it right, you've sold, let's say you've sold two spots, you're doing it, but are you going to do it for the two what the two spots paid, or you want to do what for what five people paid, or 10 people paid? So it's just asking yourself that question and motivation. They're leaning back always right, like leaning back like this is I'm creating this, I'm doing it with these extra cells

or not, right. And just letting people know, like, and repeating yourself over and over and over what this is what it does, and giving value in the process. So this is why I launch pretty much live every single month, and how it supports my business, how it supports my growth. It also helps to like I have this trajectory and this ascension that I do, and I know the next logical step for my audience, but that is not always what

happens. Like, I know like after this this program in March, I know at some point watching is going to come back up is it gonna come up in April, I don't know. That's, that's a plan in my head right now. But honestly, something else may come in that I see that my industry is missing. And I need to plug in. And when I'm when I pre sell, I'm able to do that. And that's one of the blessings that the way I've created my business model. It's not rigid. It's not so structured that I don't have

flexibility. And I do what feels good and what's fun if, if I know launch needs to come up soon, but I have this brilliant idea and I'm super excited. That's going to sell more than the launch program right now. Right? So if that's the way I'm feeling, then I need to project that I need to put that out into the world. So I think that is the key moving forward. doing all the things. So for me pre selling is the way to go. It may not be for you, but you should try it and see because I think

you will surprise yourself. I think you will see that there are some great positives to pre selling and also you get you get to hone in on your messaging you get to hone in on your copy you get to hone in on who you're talking to you get to Really perfect that because obviously if you're not making sales and some things there's a disconnect there and we get to figure that out right and so it's literally like I'm in test mode the whole entire presale path and that is a very very beautiful thing
